ปัจจัยการใช้ระบบทันเวลาพอดีในการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของการผลิตชิ้นส่วนรถยนต์แบบทันเวลาพอดีในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ ศึกษาระดับความสำคัญการใช้ระบบทันเวลาพอดี โดยขอบเขตและกลุ่มตัวอย่างของงานวิจัยนี้เป็นผู้บริหารในอุตสาหกรรมผลิตชิ้นส่วนรถยนต์ ซึ่งเครื่องมือการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และข้อมูลที่ได้มานำไปวิเคราะห์ด้วยกระบวนการทางสถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการพัฒนาด้านประสิทธิภาพและเวลาสามารถพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของสายการผลิตให้ตรงเวลาตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการสินค้าและบริการ อีกทั้งยังช่วยลดการรอคอยผลิตภัณฑ์ในกระบวนการผลิต สิ่งสำคัญคือการตอบสนองลูกค้าเป็นการทำหน้าที่โดยคำนึงว่าสินค้าจะต้องเป็นไปตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการและตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ซื้อ โดยสามารถส่งเสริมความประทับใจและเชื่อถือได้จากตัวสินค้ร ด้านการลดลงของสินค้าคงคลังสามารถทำใหการบริหารงานหรือการจัดการปริมาณสินค้าคงคลังให้มีปริมาณที่น้อยลงเพื่อลดต้นทุนในการผลิต ซึ่งการมีสินค้าคงคลังที่มากเกินไปอาจก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายจากการจัดเก็บหรือเคลื่อนย้ายจนเกิดเป็นต้นทุนที่เพิ่มมากยิ่งขึ้น สุดท้ายนี้ด้านการลดปริมาณของเสียถือเป็นการบำบัด โดยกำจัดสิ่งที่อาจส่งผลให้เกิดความผิดพลาดในการผลิต

The objective of this research was to study the optimization of just-in-time production of auto parts in the automotive industry. Study the importance of using just in time. The scope and sample of this research are executives in the suto parts industry. Which the research tool is questionnaire and the data were analyzed through statistical processes, mean and standard deviation. The results of the research showed that improving efficiency and timing can improve the efficiency of the production line to meet the customers' needs of products and services. It also reduced product waiting in the production process. It is important to be responsive to the customer, it serves to take into account that the product must meet the needs of the customer and the buyer needs. Which can promote impression and trust from the product. The decline in inventory can make it possibel to manage or manage a smaller inventory to reduce production costs. Having too much inventory can cause damage from storage or move, leading to additional costs. Finally, the wasye reduction aspect is considered a treatment. By eliminating anything that might result in a production error.
