การสืบทอดและการเปลี่ยนแปลงวัฒนธรรมของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ลีซอ: กรณีศึกษา บ้านท่าฮ่อ ตำบลทรายขาว อำเภอพาน จังหวัดเชียงราย

Abstract

บทความวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการสืบทอดและการเปลี่ยนแปลงวัฒนธรรมของ กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ลีซอบ้านท่าฮ่อ ตำบลทรายขาว อำเภอพาน จังหวัดเชียงราย การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการ วิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่ศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสาร การลงภาคสนาม โดยใช้วิธีการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและ ไม่มีส่วนร่วม และเก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างในพื้นที่จำนวน 30 คน และนำเสนอผลการวิจัยแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้พบว่า การสืบทอดและการเปลี่ยนแปลงวัฒนธรรมของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ลีซอ บ้านท่าฮ่อ ประกอบไปด้วย 3 ด้าน คือ 1) วัฒนธรรมของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ลีซอบ้านท่าฮ่อ คือ วัฒนธรรมด้านความเชื่อ ประเพณีและภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้าน ชาวบ้านกลุ่มนี้ยังคงรักษาและสืบทอดวัฒนธรรมตามแบบดั้งเดิมไว้ได้อย่างดี 2) การสืบทอดและการเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรม โดยผ่านองค์ประกอบสำคัญด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ บุคคล โซเชียลมีเดีย และงานศิลปหัตถกรรมท้องถิ่น 3) ปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ประกอบไปด้วย 5 ด้าน คือ นโยบายภาครัฐ การพัฒนาของเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา การประกอบอาชีพ การแต่งงานและการย้ายถิ่น ถึงแม้สังคมจะเปลี่ยนแปลงและพัฒนาไปอย่างรวดเร็ว แต่กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ลีซอกลุ่มนี้ก็ยังคงรักษาและสืบทอดวัฒนธรรมของตนเองให้คงอยู่ได้ในปัจจุบัน

This research article aims to study the cultural inheritance and cultural transformation of the Lisu ethnic group at Ban Thahor, Sai Khaaw Subdistrict, Phan District, Chiang Rai Province. This research is a qualitative study that examines document data, fieldwork research and uses participant and non-participant observation methods. The research used in-depth interviews from a sample of 30 people and presented the research results by descriptive analysis. The research found that the cultural inheritance and transformation of the Lisu ethnic group, Ban Thahor consists of 3 things: 1) The culture of the Lisu ethnic group of Ban Thahor was a culture of beliefs, traditions, and folk wisdom. This group of villagers still maintains and inherits the traditional culture very well. 2) Cultural inheritance and propagation through three key elements: people, social media and local arts, and crafts, 3) The factors that caused the change consisted of five areas: government policy, technology development, education, occupation, marriage, and migration. Even though today's society has changed and developed rapidly. But this Lisu ethnic group is still able to maintain and inherit their own culture today.
