ระบบควบคุมกำหนดสิทธิ์การเข้าใช้งานโปรแกรม

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาระบบควบคุมกำหนดสิทธิ์การเข้าใช้งานโปรแกรม ในรูปแบบโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อกำหนดและควบคุมสิทธิ์การเข้าใช้งานโปรแกรมในแต่ละตำแหน่งของแผนก ผู้ใช้สามารถทราบถึงโปรแกรมที่ต้องใช้ในตำแหน่งงานของตนเองทำให้ลดความผิดพลาดของข้อมูล อีกทั้งสามารถตรวจสอบสถานะเอกสารขอมีบัญชีผู้ใช้ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์และเอกสารขอพัฒนาโปรแกรม นอกจากนี้ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถออกรายงานการขอพัฒนาโปรแกรมในรูปแบบไฟล์ .xls ระบบพัฒนาขึ้นด้วยภาษา Visual Basic .NET โดยใช้ Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 ในการพัฒนาส่วนต่อประสานผู้ใช้ จัดการฐานข้อมูลโดยใช้ Microsoft SQL Server 2014 และใช้ Crystal Report ออกรายงาน เมื่อนำระบบไปติดตั้งเพื่อทดสอบใช้งานจริง พบว่าระบบสามารถทำงานได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์กร กล่าวคือ สามารถควบคุมสิทธิ์การใช้งานโปรแกรม และแจ้งปัญหาในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้งานพบปัญหาของโปรแกรมที่ใช้งาน จากการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับดี ระบบใช้งานง่าย ทำงานได้สะดวก รวดเร็ว และยังช่วยสนับสนุนการทำงานขององค์กรได้เป็นอย่างดี

This research is about the development of an Application to control the permissions of software usage as well as software development. It also aims to establish and control permissions to software and computer usage for every position in every department. Moreover, the users will be able to query regarding which software they are allowed to use according to their position as well as to check status of each requests. In addition, administrator will be able to export a software requesting reports in Microsoft Excel (.xls) format. The system is developed using Visual Basic .NET as programming language, while using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 to handle user-interface integration. The database is managed by using Microsoft SQL Server 2014 and Crystal Report software is used to handle report-printing process. During implementation, the application performs according as plan. It can control the permissions of software usage and alert when the users encounter any problem. The users are satisfied with the application in term of both ease of use and usefulness in improving effectiveness aspects.
