Abstract

ระบบบันทึกและวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมการเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลพฤติกรรมการเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์ของผู้เข้าใช้งานเว็บไซต์และนำมาวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมเข้าถึงหน้าเว็บไซต์ต่าง ๆ บนเว็บไซต์ เพื่อให้ผู้พัฒนาเว็บไซต์นั้น ๆ สามารถประเมินคุณภาพของเว็บไซต์ว่ามีความเหมาะสม หรือเป็นไปตามความต้องการหรือไม่ โดยระบบมีการทำงานแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วนหลัก คือ 1) ส่วนการทำงานที่ฝั่งเว็บบราวเซอร์ทำหน้าที่บันทึกพฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้การเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์ ซึ่งจะมีการเขียนสคริปต์เพื่อนำไปฝังไว้ในเว็บไซต์ที่ต้องการ และจับพฤติกรรมการเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์ เช่น ผู้ใช้เข้าถึงไปที่หน้าเว็บเพจใด หรือโมดูลใดของเว็บไซต์บ้าง เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลเหล่านั้นส่งไปยังระบบฐานข้อมูลบนเว็บเซิร์ฟเวอร์ เพื่อนำข้อมูลเหล่านั้นมาใช้ทำการวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้งานเว็บไซต์ และ 2) ส่วนการทำงานของผู้ดูแลระบบ ซึ่งสามารถดึงข้อมูลพฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้ที่ส่งมาจากทางเว็บบราวเซอร์เพื่อมาแสดงผล ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถสืบค้นข้อมูล และเรียกดูรายงานต่าง ๆ ตามเงื่อนไข เช่น วันที่เข้าใช้ ผู้ใช้ หรือแสดงภาพรวมทั้งหมด นำเสนอรายงานในรูปแบบกราฟ โดยผู้พัฒนาเลือกใช้ Node.js ซึ่งเป็นอีกรูปแบบหนึ่งของการเขียนโปรแกรมด้วยภาษา Java Script ที่ช่วยให้การเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์มีความสะดวกรวดเร็ว และทำให้การใช้งานเว็บไซต์มีความต่อเนื่องมากขึ้น ซึ่งจากผลการดำเนินงานงานสามารถสรุปได้ว่า ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.09 มีส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.57

Website for Record and Analysis Behavior (WRAB) was developed to gather information about website visitor behavior and to analyze web site visitors' behavior so that they can evaluate the quality of web site. The system is divided two main sections 1) User module is a part of the web browser to record the behavior of user’s access to the site. The script will be written to embed in the site you want. And capture the site access behavior, such as the user access to the page or any module of the site for store those data and sent to the database on the web server for analyze the behavior of users and 2) Administration module It can retrieve the behavior of users sent from the web browser. The administrator can search the information, view and report on conditions such as date, user access, or overview. The report is presented in graph form. Developers choose to use Node.js as a way to program with another Java Script that allows for quick and easy access to the site and the use of the site is more continuous. And using Apache tomcat as a web server and mySQL as a Database Management System. The results of the work can be concluded. Have satisfaction at good level with standard deviation of 0.57
