Abstract

การพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการฝึกอบรมมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการและช่วยสนับสนุนการบริการของหน่วยงานในสังกัดศูนย์ดิจิทัลเพื่อการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ พัฒนาในรูปแบบที่เรียกว่า Responsive Web Application เพื่อให้สามารถตอบสนองการใช้งานบนอุปกรณ์หลากหลายประเภท แบ่งการทำงานเป็น 2 ส่วน คือส่วนของผู้ดูแลระบบที่สามารถจัดการกับข้อมูลในระบบได้ มีสิทธิ์ในการตรวจสอบเอกสารหลักฐานและยืนยันสถานะของการร้องขอให้จัดการอบรมได้ สามารถค้นหาข้อมูล และดูรายงานรายการข้อมูลการและหน่วยงานที่ร้องขอได้ สำหรับในส่วนของผู้ใช้งานทั่วไปสามารถบันทึกคำร้องขอให้มีการจัดอบรมได้ ภาษาและเทคโนโลยีที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาได้แก่ PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, XAMPP, Apache และ phpMyAdmin ซึ่งเมื่อนำระบบไปติดตั้งภายใต้สภาวะแวดล้อมจริง พร้อมทดสอบการใช้งานจากผู้ใช้งานทั้ง 2 กลุ่มเป็นจำนวน 20 คนพบว่าระบบสามารถทำงานได้ตามขอบเขตที่กำหนด มีการแสดงข้อมูลครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง ลดภาระงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ใช้งานระบบ ซึ่งจากการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ที่ใช้งานระบบโดยตรงพบว่าอยู่ในระดับดีมาก มีคะแนนค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.39 มีส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.49
