การพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บสำหรับการวินิจฉัยโรคในระบบทางเดินอาหารเบื้องต้น

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บสำหรับการวินิจฉัยโรคในระบบทางเดินอาหารเบื้องต้น เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยสามารถวินิจฉัยโรคได้ด้วยตนเองใน 4 อาการ ได้แก่ อาการที่ปาก ประกอบด้วย การเจ็บปาก / เป็นแผลที่ปาก / ลิ้นเป็นฝ้าขาว อาการปวดท้องอาการถ่ายเป็นเลือด และอาการเจ็บหน้าอก การใช้งานของโปรแกรมเป็นการถาม-ตอบกับผู้ใช้โดยตรงในภาพแบบคำถามใช่หรือไม่ใช่ (True or false questions) โดยเริ่มต้นด้วยคำถามเกี่ยวกับอาการหลัก และตามด้วยคำถามเกี่ยวกับอาการรองตามลำดับ ภาพแบบของคำถามที่ใช้ในการวินิจฉัยได้จากการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะโรคและเอกสารทางการแพทย์ที่ใช้จริงในการวินิจฉัยผู้ป่วย ภาษาที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบได้แก่ PHP โดยใช้ Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.5 ในการสร้างส่วนต่อประสานกับผู้ใช้ ผลการพัฒนาพบว่า เมื่อผู้ใช้ตอบคำถามตามความเป็นจริง โปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถให้ข้อมูลเบื้องต้น เกี่ยวกับโรค ซึ่งทำให้ผู้ป่วยมีแนวทางในการรักษาหรือบรรเทาอาการของโรคได้ด้วยตนเอง เมื่อทำการประเมินระบบโดยใช้แบบสอบถามประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบในด้านต่าง ๆ จากผู้ใช้จำนวน 20 คน พบว่าผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ใน ระดับดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.16 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.75 ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนำไปพัฒนาต่อยอดเพื่อให้ครอบคลุมประเภทของโรคต่าง ๆ ให้มากยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งเป็นการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาทางด้านสาธารณสุขของประเทศ รวมทั้งลดภาระของแพทย์ในการตรวจรักษาผู้ป่วยในโรคทั่วไปได้

This research is the development of the web application for preliminary gastrointestinal diagnosis. It can be used by patients for self-diagnosis in 4 symptoms as follows: mouth including mouth sores / mouth ulcer / coated tongue, stomach ache, bleeding per rectum, and chest pain. User can use the application by answering the true or false questions directly with primary symptoms as a start point and followed by secondary symptoms. The patterns of the questions are collected from experts in the field and from clinical documents that are used for real patients. PHP language is used for the system development. User interface is created by using Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.5. The results show that when user answers according to the truth, preliminary information about the disease can be obtained from the application. User can use it to cure or relieve the symptoms by themselves. For evaluation of the system, a preliminary user test with 20 subjects was performed. The satisfaction of the system obtained from the questionnaire is good which an average score is 4.16 and standard deviation is 0.75. The developed system can be further improved in the near future by providing more types of diseases to diagnose. This can help to support the public health facilities of the country and to reduce cases for general medical examination and diagnosis.
