การปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพในกระบวนการผลิตโดยใช้ระบบลีน : กรณีศึกษาโรงงานผลิตธูปหอม

Abstract

อุตสาหกรรมการผลิตธูปหอมเป็นอุตสาหกรรมที่กรรมวิธีผลิตจะต้องอาศัยแรงงานฝีมือและใช้ระยะเวลาในการผลิตเพื่อให้ได้สินค้าที่มีคุณภาพและตรงตามความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า แนวการคิดแบบลีนเป็นเครื่องมือในการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการผลิตและช่วยลดความสูญเปล่าในกระบวนการผลิตธูปหอม และวิเคราะห์หาแนวทางการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิตธูปหอมโดยใช้ระบบลีน โดยใช้แผนผังก้างปลาวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของความสูญเปล่า 7 ประการ ได้แก่ การผลิตมากเกินไป การเก็บวัสดุคงคลัง การขนส่ง การเคลื่อนไหว กระบวนการผลิต การรอคอย การผลิตของเสีย ซึ่งผลการศึกษาพบความสูญเปล่าในการบรรจุภัณฑ์ดอกธูป การเขียนแผนผังขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานการบรรจุภัณฑ์ตามประเภท การเก็บเข้าคลังสินค้า การเบิกวัสดุ การเตรียมวัสดุ โดยผลการศึกษา พบว่า สามารถลดความสูญเปล่าได้ 8 กระบวนการ โดยสามารถลดเวลาการทำงานได้จาก 402 นาที 19 วินาที เหลือ 307 นาที 9 วินาที คิดเป็น 23.65 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และสามารถลดความสูญเปล่าในการบรรจุภัณฑ์ตามประเภท

Aromatic joss sticks manufacturing as the processing industry requires skilled workers and take time to produce a quality product and meets customer satisfaction. Lean production as a tool to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste in processes. The study of Manufacturing system improvement by implementing of Lean Production : A Case Study of Aromatic Joss Stick Factory. The purpose of this study research is to study waste in aromatic joss stick manufacturing system, analyze and find the method to improve production efficiency by implementing of Lean Production, using fishbone diagrams to analyze 7 wastes included Overproduction Inventory Transportation Motion Processing Waiting Defect. The study result found waste in Packing joss stick, Flow Chart, Packaging Type the Storage, Warehousing, Material requisition, Preparation materials. The study finds 8 processes which can reduce operation time of 402 minutes and 19 seconds to 307 minutes, 9 seconds, equivalent to 23.65 percent and can reduce waste in the packaging sector.
