dc.description.abstract | 论文主要针对泰国帕雅三医院汉语服务情况进行了调查研究,说明这家医院的医疗服务情 况,在调查研究的基础上分析这家医院提供的汉语服务情况,包括线上的中文网站和线下的中 文翻译人员的情况。 论文介绍了选题的背景及研究意义,分析了帕雅泰第三医院的医疗服务情况,包括泰国医 疗旅游业的发展概况、泰国帕雅泰第三医院医疗服务情况以及泰国帕雅泰第三医院汉语服务情 况。再者本文针对帕雅泰第三医院商务汉语服务进行了调查,调查的内容包括汉语服务人员的 基本情况、帕雅泰第三医院商务汉语服务情况以及中国顾客对中文翻译的满意情况。 论文通过调查问卷的数据对帕雅泰第三医院汉语服务调查结果进行了评估。评估结果显示, 帕雅泰第三医院汉语服务人员年轻,汉语水平较好,具有汉语服务内容全面等优势。但调查研 究中也发现部分汉语服务人员的中文水平不高,经验不足,部分汉语服务人员掌握医疗知识和 医疗术语不够,医院中文培训流于形式,出现汉语服务人员的工作状况不稳定等问题。论文基 于帕雅泰第三医院汉语服务提出了相应的对策,包含提高汉语服务人员的招聘门槛、与高校合 作,开展“医疗+汉语”课程、严格执行汉语培训的目标、更换汉语服务人员的提成方式、采购 同声传译科技产品。 | en |
dc.description.abstract | This article mainly focuses on a survey of the Chinese language services provided by Phyathai 3 International Hospital, explaining the medical service situation of this hospital. Based on the survey and research, it analyzes the Chinese language services provided by this hospital, including the online Chinese website and the offline Chinese translator situation. In order to optimize the medical management and medical technology of the third hospital in Thailand, improve the quality of Chinese language services and the Chinese language proficiency of Chinese translators, suggestions for improvement are proposed to better provide good Chinese language services to customers who come to medical tourism and seek medical treatment at this hospital, especially Chinese customers. The article first introduces the background and research significance of the topic, the research dynamics and development trends in the field of this topic at home and abroad, the research purpose, methods, technical route, key problems to be solved, the innovation of the paper research, and the expected goals and research results of this topic. Secondly, an analysis was conducted on the medical services provided by Phyathai 3 International Hospital, including the development overview of Thailand's medical tourism industry, the medical services provided by Phyathai 3 International Hospital, and the Chinese language services provided by Phyathai 3 International Hospital. Furthermore, this article conducted a survey on the business Chinese language services of Phyathai 3 International Hospital, including the basic information of Chinese language service personnel, the business Chinese language services of Phyathai 3 International Hospital, and the satisfaction of Chinese customers with Chinese translation. Next, based on the data from the survey questionnaire, evaluate the results of the Chinese language service survey at Phyathai 3 International Hospital; The evaluation results show that the Chinese language service personnel structure of Phyathai 3 International Hospital is young, with a high level of Chinese language proficiency and comprehensive Chinese language service content; At the same time, some Chinese service personnel have low Chinese proficiency and lack of experience, some Chinese service personnel lack medical knowledge and terminology, hospital Chinese training is just a formality, and the working conditions of Chinese service personnel are unstable. Finally, corresponding strategies were proposed based on the Chinese language services provided by Phyathai 3 International Hospital, including raising the recruitment threshold for Chinese language service personnel, collaborating with universities, conducting "medical+Chinese" courses, strictly implementing the goal of Chinese language training, changing the commission method for Chinese language service personnel, and purchasing simultaneous interpretation technology products. | en |
