With the signing of the "the Belt and Road" agreement between China and Thailand, Thai society has paid more attention to oral Chinese communication. This study provides a deeper understanding of the needs and situations of employees in the use of Chinese spoken language through an in-depth survey of office Chinese spoken language in the eastern industrial zone of Thailand. During the investigation, it was found that with the continuous deepening of economic cooperation between China and Thailand, the demand for spoken Chinese among Thai employees is gradually increasing. At the same time, it has been found that there may be some errors in the use of commonly used greetings in daily office settings and professional language in telephone communication. Based on the survey results and analysis of the reasons, this study will design targeted textbooks and courses to help employees improve their Chinese speaking skills through effective training, in order to better adapt to work needs.
