ทัศนคติของคนวัยทำงานต่อการให้คำปรึกษาด้านสุขภาพแบบออนไลน์ของนักเทคนิคการแพทย์

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจทัศนคติของคนวัยทำงานเกี่ยวกับการให้คำปรึกษาด้านการวินิจฉัยโรคของนักเทคนิคการแพทย์ผ่านทางเฟสบุ๊ก เพื่อนำความคิดเห็นไปปรับปรุงระบบการให้บริการด้านการแพทย์ทางไกลในอนาคต กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่นำมาศึกษา คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จำนวน 100 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามประเมินความคิดเห็นภายในระยะเวลา 1 สัปดาห์ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านความรู้ ด้านการเข้าถึง และการใช้งานด้านอื่นๆ ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมต่อการใช้บริการขอคำปรึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.99/5) นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าผู้ใช้งานส่วนใหญ่มีความต้องการให้เพจเทคนิคการแพทย์นี้ มีการพัฒนาและสามารถขอคำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อให้ได้รับข้อมูลเชิงลึกด้านสุขภาพต่อไป

This study aimed to explore the attitudes of working individuals toward medical diagnosis consultation provided by medical technologists through an online system of Facebook. The findings are intended to use feedback to improve the telemedicine service system in the future. The sample group consisted of 100 individuals, who were staff working at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. Data were collected using a questionnaire to examine attitudes of users. Participants completed the survey after using the system for a week. The evaluation focused on three aspects: knowledge, accessibility, and user-friendliness of the page through the online. The results revealed that the participants were satisfied with the online consultation service, with an overall satisfaction level rated as high (mean score = 3.99/5). Moreover, this study revealed that most of users desired for the online medical laboratory service to be further developed and capable of facilitating consultation with specialists to provide more in-depth health information in the future.
