การพัฒนาระบบตอบกลับอัตโนมัติ สำหรับการวินิจฉัยโรคเบื้องต้น

Abstract

ปัจจุบันคนส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นว่าการไปพบแพทย์เป็นเรื่องที่เสียเวลาและสินเปลืองค่าใช้จ่าย อีกหนึ่งความคิดที่นำมาใช้ในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดูแลสุขภาพของคนในปัจจุบันก็คือ การนำแนวความคิดการตรวจสุขภาพโดยระบบบคอมพิวเตอร์และอินเทอร์เน็ตมาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์โรค ผู้จัดทำจึงมีแนวคิดในการพัฒนาระบบตอบกลับอัตโนมัติ สำหรับการวินิจฉัยโรคเบื้องต้น มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวบรวมองค์ความรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวขาญเฉพาะโรคและเอกสารทางการแพทย์ที่ใช้จริงในการวินิจฉัยโรค มาสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาการกับโรคของมนุษย์ โดยระบบรบบจะทำการถามตอบตามแผนภาพการวินิจจัยโรคจากตำราการตรวจรักษาโรคทั่วไป โดยเริ่มต้นด้วยคำถามเกี่ยวกับอาการหลัก 2 อาการ ได้แก่ อาการไข้ และอาการปวดศีรษะ ตามด้วยคำถามเกี่ยวกับอาการรองตามลำดับ ผลการทดสอบระบบกับกับผู้ใช้ทั่วไปและอาจารย์คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ พบว่า ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามามารถแสดงโรคที่น่าจะเกิดได้อย่างถูกต้อง และมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี นอกจากนี้ได้ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบ จากการถามตอบอากาการของผู้ใช้งานกับระบบ จำนวน 50 กรณี พบว่ามีความถูกต้อง ร้อยละ 86 และความคลาดเคลื่อนร้อยละ 14 ระบบต้นแบบนี้สามามารถนำไปพัฒนาต่อยอดเพื่อให้ครอบคลุมประเภทของโรคต่าง ๆ ให้มากขึ้น ซึ่งเป็นการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาทางด้านสาธารณสุขของประเทศ

Another idea used to increase the efficiency of people's health care today is the application of computerized and internet health check concepts for disease analysis. The results of testing the system with general users and satisfaction at a high level. In addition, the efficiency of chat system was evaluated by asking and answering the users symptoms in 50 cases. It was found that the accuracy was 86% and the error rate was 1496. This prototype system can be further developed to cover more types of diseases, thus supporting the development of national public health.
