Abstract: There is a method of preventing and solving mental health problems in children and adolescents in the digital era that is effective and every family can accomplish it on their own. The method is simply to help build up emotional strength and mental resilience in all your family members as soon as they are old enough to understand your words. This will help guard them against destructive mental habits like having distracted, muddled thoughts and worrying too much. If physical changes in the process of growing up are combined with bad mental habits then it can lead to emotional distress and mental health problems in children and adolescents. The way to prevent this starts with being aware, paying attention and understanding possible warning signals so that potential psychological problems can be detected early and addressed right away. Parents, guardians and teachers can help children build life skills so they are better equipped to deal with challenges in their home life, society, school and university
