คุณภาพน้ำดื่มจากตู้น้ำดื่มหยอดเหรียญในพื้นที่เทศบาลเมืองมาบตาพุด

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาคุณภาพของน้ำดื่มจากตู้น้ำดื่มหยอดเหรียญที่ตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่เทศบาลเมืองมาบตาพุด โดยครอบคลุมการควบคุมคุณภาพของตู้น้ำดื่มหยอดเหรียญ ซึ่งได้ทำการศึกษาโดยใช้แบบประเมิน เพื่อประเมินองค์ประกอบ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการควบคุมคุณภาพของตู้น้ำดื่ม ได้แก่ ด้านสถานที่ตั้ง ด้านคุณลักษณะของตู้น้ำ และด้านแหล่งน้ำ และในการศึกษานี้ ยังได้วิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะของน้ำดื่มที่ผลิตได้จากตู้หยอดเหรียญและน้ำแข็งที่มีการจำหน่ายในพื้นที่ โดยมีการเก็บตัวอย่างน้ำดื่ม 22 ตัวอย่าง และน้ำแข็ง 2 ตัวอย่าง จากผลการศึกษาโดยการใช้แบบประเมิน พบว่า มีตู้น้ำดื่มร้อยละ 50 มีการดำเนินการที่เป็นไป ตามเกณฑ์ทั้ง 3 ด้าน ในส่วนที่มีการดำเนินการไม่เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์มากที่สุดคือด้านสถานที่ตั้ง รองลงมาคือด้านคุณลักษณะของตู้น้ำและตู้น้ำดื่มทั้งหมดมีการดำเนินการที่สอดคล้องกับเกณฑ์ประเมินในด้านแหล่งน้ำที่ใช้ในการผลิตน้ำดื่ม ในด้านคุณภาพของน้ำดื่มและน้ำแข็ง พบว่ามีจำนวน 7 ตัวอย่าง หรือร้อยละ 29 มีคุณภาพเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานในทุกดัชนี สำหรับตัวอย่างน้ำดื่ม ดัชนีที่ไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคือค่า pH โดยพบว่ามีค่า pH ต่ำกว่ามาตรฐานเล็กน้อย นอกจากนี้พบการปนเปื้อนโคลิฟอร์มแบคทีเรียที่เกินมาตรฐานในน้ำแข็งทั้ง 2 ตัวอย่าง

This study aimed at investigating qualities of drinking water from vending machines in Map Ta Phut Municipality. The study covered controlling of drinking water quality of vending machines. The evaluation form was employed to assess vending machines quality. Location of vending machines, characteristic of vending machines, and source of city water were included in the assessment. This study also covered drinking water quality analysis of 22 samples of drinking water and 2 samples of ice. The results reveal that about 50 percent of vending machines were operated in accordance with the investigated criteria. For those vending machines that were not complied with the criteria were mostly related to locations of vending machines followed by characteristic of vending machines. All vending machines met the criterion on source of city water to supply to machines to produce drinking water. For characteristic of drinking water and ice samples, 7 samples or about 29 percent were met with the standard for all parameters. For drinking water samples, the parameter that was not complied with the standard was pH. The pH value of the majority of the drinking water samples were slightly below the standard. Moreover, coliform bacteria contamination was found from both ice samples.
