วิเคราะห์สารคดีเกี่ยวกับคนไทยเชื้อสายจีนของจิตรา ก่อนันทเกียรติ

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและคุณค่าเกี่ยวกับคนไทยเชื้อสายจีนในสารคดีของจิตรา ก่อนันทเกียรติ จำนวน 10 เรื่อง โดยนำเสนอผลการวิจัยด้วยการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าเนื้อหาในสารคดีเกี่ยวกับคนไทยเชื้อสายจีนของจิตรา ก่อนันทเกียรติ แสดงให้เห็นดถึงวิถีชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ของคนไทยเชื้อสายจีน 4 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านวัฒนธรรมเมื่อคนจีนอพยพมาถึงประเทศไทยได้นำวัฒนธรรมจีนด้านธรรมเนียมจีน สิริมงคลจีนและการตั้้งชื่อร้านเป็นภาษาจีนมาด้วย 2) ด้านความเชื่อ คนไทยเชื้อสายจีนมีความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ซึ่งมีอำนาจในการช่วยเหลือให้มีชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น 3) ด้านเทศกาลต่างๆ คนไทยเชื้อสายจีนให้ความสำคัญกับเทศกาลของจีนเป็นอย่างมาก ได้ปฏิบัติตามเทศกาลตรุษจีนและเทศกาลกินเจอย่างเคร่งครัด และ 4) ด้านพิธีศพ คนไทยเชื้อสายจีนให้ความสำคัญกับผู้ที่เสียชีวิต นิยมจัดพิธีศพพิธีกงเต็กเพื่อเป็นสิริมงคลแก่คนตายอย่างยิ่งใหญ่ ด้านคุณค่าสารคดีเกี่ยวกับคนไทยเชื้อสายจีนของจิตรา ก่อนันทเกียรติ ทั้ง 10 เรื่อง พบว่าผู้เขียนนิยมใช้ภาษาที่เรียบง่าย ทำให้ผู้อ่านได้รับคุณค่าด้านความรู้และความเพลิดเพลิน ด้านการใช้โวหาร ผู้เขียนใช้การบรรยายโวหารเป็นหลักเพื่อช่วยให้คนไทยเชื้อสายจีนตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของประวัติศาสตร์จีน อันเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการสืบทอดรักษาวัฒนธรรมจีน ซึ่งช่วยเสริมสร้างคุณภาพชีวิตของคนไทยเชื้อสายจีนให้ดีขึ้น และทำให้โลกทัศน์ของคนไทยเชื้อสายจีนกว้างขึ้นด้วย นอกจากนี้ เนื้อหาของสารคดียังมีคุณค่าด้านช่วยเสริมสร้างพันธไมตรีระหว่างประเทศไทยกับประเทศจีน และได้สอดแทรกคุณค่าและแง่คิดในด้านคุณธรรมแก่ผู้อ่านและยังมีคุณค่าด้านการให้คำแนะนำและชี้แนะด้านการใช้ชีวิตตามแบบอย่างวัฒนธรรมอันดีงามของคนไทยเชื้อสายจีน

This research aimes to analyze the content and literary value of ten selected books of non-fiction by Chitra Konuntakiet who wrote about Chinese-Thais. The findings are presented as a descriptive analysis. In this review, the content of Chitra Konuntakiet's non-fiction writing showed four aspects of Chinese-Thai life styles: 1) the culturl aspect, referring to introduced Chinese traditions, objects of grace, and the Chinese name of business stores, 2) the aspect of beliefs, referring to Chinese beliefs in sacred objects that promote the prosperous life 3) the aspect of ceremonies, showing that Chinese-Thais prioritize the annual ceremonies, especially the Chinese New Year and the merit-making period in the tenth month, and 4) the aspect of death and the funeral, reflecting that Chinese-Thais provide great care for those senior family members who have dired, including the Chinese traditional funeral (Gong-Tek) - a propitious ceremony for the dead. Regarding the literary value of the selected books from Chitra Konuntakiet's non-fiction, it is found that the writer preferred a simple writing style to provide both information and entertainment. Her narrative style was prinarily used to encourage the readers to recognize them importance of Chinese history. This assists in transmitting the Chinese traditions to the Chinese-Thais and in strengthening their way of living. It also broadens the Chinese-Thai world view. In addition, the stories in reviewed non-fiction have promoted the relationship between Thailand and China by conveying moral positions and values to readers. The last value found is the guidance and suggestions relating to decent living style, according to the Chinese-Thai cultures.
