การประเมินความเสี่ยงต่อสุขภาพจากสิ่งคุกคามจากสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานของพนักงานในสถานประกอบการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์

Abstract

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ (1) ศึกษาสภาวะสุขภาพของพนักงาน (สุขภาพทั่วไปและสุขภาพร่างกายตามลักษณะอันตรายที่ได้รับ) (2) ตรวจวัดทางสุขศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม (ความเข้มของแสงสว่าง, ระดับเสียงดัง, ปริมาณฝุ่นรวมและละอองน้ำมัน) และ (3) ประเมินความเสี่ยงต่อสุขภาพจากสิ่งคุกคามจากสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน (ด้าน กายภาพ ด้านเคมี ด้านชีวภาพ ด้านการยศาสตร์ และด้านจิตสังคม) ของสถานประกอบการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสำรวจสถานประกอบการซึ่งประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ ข้อมูลทั่วไปและกระบวนการผลิต, ข้อมูลสภาวะสุขภาพของพนักงาน, ข้อมูลการตรวจวัดทางสุขศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม และข้อมูลการการประเมินความเสี่ยงต่อสุขภาพจากสิ่งคุกคามจากสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า พนักงานของสถานประกอบการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีจำนวน 76 คน และแบ่งส่วนการปฏิบัติงานออกเป็น 4 ฝ่าย ได้แก่ ฝ่ายบุคคลและธุรการ ฝ่ายสิ่งแวดล้อและความปลอดภัย ฝ่ายผลิต (แผนกผลิตและแผนกควบคุมคุณภาพ) และฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีการผลิต สำหรับสภาวะสุขภาพของพนักงานพบว่า พนักงานส่วนใหญ่มีสุขภาพทั่วไปปกติ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 98.7 และพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตทุกคนที่ตรวจสุขภาพร่างกายตามลักษณะอันตรายที่ได้รับมีผลการตรวจสุขภาพปกติทั้งหมด สำหรับการตรวจวัดทางสุขศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม พบว่า การตรวจวัดความเข้มของแสงสว่าง, ระดับเสียงดัง, ปริมาณฝุ่นรวม และละอองน้ำมันนั้น มีจำนวนจุดที่ผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 97.4, 83.3, 100 และ 100 ตามลำดับ ผลการประเมินความเสี่ยงต่อสุขภาพจากสิ่งคุกคามจากสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานในภาพรวมพบว่า สิ่งคุกคามด้านการยศาสตร์จัดอยู่ในระดับความเสี่ยงปานกลาง ส่วนสิ่งคุกคามสุขภาพด้านกายภาพและจิตสังคมจัดอยู่ในระดับความเสี่ยงยอมรับได้ และสิ่งคุกคามสุขภาพด้านเคมีจัดอยู่ในระดับความเสี่ยงเล็กน้อย โดยสถานประกอบการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ไม่มีความเสี่ยงต่อสุขภาพจากสิ่งคุกคามด้านชีวภาพ

This study aims to (1) investigate the health status of employees (general health and health according to hazard exposed), (2) measure industrial hygiene. (Intensity of the light, noise level, total particulate matter, and oil mist) and (3) assess the health risks from environmental hazards in the workplace (physical aspect, chemical aspect, biological aspect, and ergonomic aspect as well as psycho-social aspect) of the auto parts manufacturer. The instrument used in the study is a factory survey comprised of 4 sections: general information and production processes, employees’ health status data, the measurement data of industrial hygiene, and health risks assessment from environmental hazards in the workplace. The results found that the organization is divided into 4 departments; the administration department, the safety and environmental department, the production department (a production division and a quality assurance division), and the production technology department, with the total number of 76 employees. For health status of employees, it is found that most employees have normal general health condition (98.7%) and health according to hazard exposed of employees from production department is in normal conditions. For monitoring of industrial hygiene at different points, it is found that a number of measurement points complying with the standard were 97.4 percent, 83.3, 100 and 100%, respectively, for the measurement of light intensity, noise levels, and total particulate matter as well as oil mist. Health risks assessment from environmental hazards in the workplace as a whole indicates that the ergonomic hazard is in the intermediate risk level. The physical and psychosocial health hazard is in the acceptable risk level and chemical health hazard is in the slight risk. The auto risk part manufacturer in this study has no risk from chemical health hazard.
