ระบบจองที่จอดรถ : กรณีศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาระบบจองที่จอดรถภายในมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติในรูปแบบโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบจองที่จอดรถที่ช่วยให้บุคลากรสามารถเลือกที่จอดรถได้ด้วยตนเอง สืบค้น และตรวจสอบสถานะของการจองที่จอดรถ ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถกำหนดพื้นที่จอดรถ ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติคำขอได้อย่างเป็นระบบ ระบบพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้ Bootstrap เป็นกรอบการทำงาน ใช้ Visual studio code ในการพัฒนาระบบ เขียนด้วยภาษา JavaScript และจัดการฐานข้อมูลโดยใช้ MySQL เมื่อนำระบบไปติดตั้งเพื่อทดสอบใช้งานจริง พบว่าระบบสามารถทำงานได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์กร กล่าวคือ ระบบแสดงข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน จากการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ และผู้ดูแลระบบ จำนวน 15 คน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.48 และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.5 ระบบใช้งานง่าย ทำงานได้สะดวก รวดเร็ว และยังช่วยลดภาระงานด้านเอกสารของมหาวิทยาลัยได้อีกด้วย

This research is the development of a parking reservation system for Huachiew Chalermprakiet university. It has been developed as a web application. The objective is to develop a application that allows user to select parking by themselves. Users can search and check the status of parking reservations. Administrators can assign parking spaces, check and approve requests. The application is developed by using Bootstrap framework. We used Visual Studio Code for developing of the application, JavaScript as coding language, MySQL for managing the database. During the implementation, the application’s performances met all requirements and objectives. Moreover, the application received the positive feedbacks from all users; on the basis of ease of use and usefulness to their working procedures and greatly reduces paper usage in the division. 15 users satisfied at a good level with the mean score was 4.48 and Standard Deviation of 0.5.
