การขับเคลื่อนวิถีพุทธภายใต้กระแสบริโภคนิยม : ศึกษากรณีพระสุบิน ปณีโต วัดไผ่ล้อม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตราด

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการขับเคลื่อนของพระสุบิน ปณีโต ในการสร้างชุมชนวิถีพุทธ ภายใต้กระแสบริโภคนิยม ใช้กรณีศึกษาของพระสุบิน ปณีโต วัดไผ่ล้อม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตราด โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ และใช้แนวคำถามประกอบคำสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก การสังเกตแบบไม่เป็นทางการ และการสนทนากลุ่ม แล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ตามกรอบแนวคิดการวิจัยผลของการศึกษาสรุปได้ว่ากระบวนการขับเคลื่อนวิถีพุทธของพระสุบิน ปณีโต มีหลักการสำคัญ คือ (1) การสร้างสัมมาทิฐิให้กับประชาชนในชุมชน ให้เข้าใจปัญหาของตนให้ชัดเจน (2) การแก้ไขปัญหาของประชาชนในชุมชนต้องจัดตั้งเป็นกลุ่มสัจจะสะสมทรัพย์เพื่อพัฒนาคุณธรรมครบวงจรของชีวิต มีการวางกฎเกณฑ์ที่ชัดเจนแต่สามารถยืดหยุ่นได้ตามบริบทของชุมชน (3) การสร้างกลุ่มสัจจะสะสมทรัพย์ฯ ต้องไม่มีการขยายไปอย่างรวดเร็ว เพราะการจัดตั้งกลุ่ม ในขณะที่ประชาชนยังขาดความเข้าใจจะทำให้กลุ่มล้มได้ง่าย (4) การสร้างจิตสำนึกด้วยหลักธรรมเป็นสิ่งที่สร้างจิตวิญญาณให้บังเกิดขึ้นกับคน ซึ่งจะก่อให้เกิดความขยันหมั่นเพียร ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต และความเสียสละเพื่อส่วนรวม (5) การสร้างกลุ่มสัจจะสะสมทรัพย์ฯ ให้เข้มแข็ง ต้องทำในรูปเครือข่ายโดยใช้กลุ่มสัจจะสะสมทรัพย์ฯ ที่เข้มแข็งเป็นผู้ถ่ายทอดบทเรียนให้กับกลุ่มที่อ่อนแอกว่า (6) การติดตามประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน จะทำให้กลุ่มมีการสรุปบทเรียนและประสบผลสำเร็จมากขึ้น ผลของการศึกษาดังกล่าว ผู้ศึกษามีข้อเสนอแนะต่อชุมชนให้ยึดหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐพอเพียงมาเป็นแนวทางในนการดำเนินชีวิต องค์กรภายนอกที่ต้องการสนับสนุนต้องเข้าใจบริบทของชุมชนเพื่อจะได้จัดกิจกรรมที่ตรงกับความต้องการของชุมชน อันจะทำให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วม มีการเรียนรู้ และสามารถดำเนินกิจกรรมต่อไปได้ด้วยตนเอง

The purpose of this research is to study the mobilization of Phra Subin Paneeto in establishing Buddhist way under consumerism. Phra Subin Paneeto , Wat Phai-lom, Muang District, Trat Province is selected for a case study. In this study, qualitative methods are used; data were collected through in-depth interview, non-participant observation and focus group discussion, and are analyzed in accordance to the theoretical framework. The mobilization of Buddhist way of Phra Subin Paneeto has 6 principles : (1) creating appropriate point of views to the people in the communities so that they will clearly understand their problems (2) organizing saving groups to solve the people’s problems as well as developing all aspects of morality of saving group members according to their life cycle and regulating clear and flexible rules according to local circumstances of each community, (3) expanding saving group should not to be quickly as that may cause the groups to fall due to lack of understanding among the people, (4) creating consciousness and morality are crucial factors leading to diligence, integrity, and sacrifices in human spirituality, (5) strengthening the saving groups must be performed through networking so that the stronger groups can transfer knowledge to the weaker groups, and (6) monitoring and evaluating to help saving groups learn their experiences and gain more achievement. According to the findings mentioned above, the researchers recommends to the communities to apply the philosophy of sufficiency economy as a life’s guideline. The external supporting organizations must understand the context of communities in order to manage the activities to meet the communities’ needs. This will lead to people participation, learning, and expanding the activities by themselves.
