中医治疗慢性前列腺炎临床研究进展

Abstract

目前，慢性前列腺炎（Chronic Prostatitis）或慢性骨盆疼痛綜合症 chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS) 是青壮年男性最常见的泌尿生殖系统疾病，多发病，容易反复发作，久治不愈，严重影响患者的精神健康和生活质量。笔者从中医病因病机认识、病因病机、内治疗法、外治疗法、针灸疗法等方面进行分析，对近年来釆用中医药对慢性前列腺炎进行治疗的临床研究进展做一综述,为进一步提高研究水平和临床治疗的效果。

Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS) is the most common type of urinary tract infection in youth to middle-aged male patients, easy to relapse, long-term incurable treatment, and seriously affecting the patient’s mental health and quality of life. In this review, the author analyzes the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis, internal treatment, external treatment, acupuncture, and other aspects of traditional Chinese medicine, in the literature reviews and summarizes the clinical research progress of using traditional Chinese medicine to treat chronic prostatitis in the recent years in order to improve the research and effectiveness of clinical treatment.

ต่อมลูกหมากอักเสบเรื้อรังหรือกลุ่มอาการปวดอุ้งเชิงกรานเรื้อรังเป็นโรคในระบบทางเดินปัสสาวะที่พบบ่อยในเพศชาย วัยรุ่นถึงวัยกลางคนเนื่องจากเกิดโรคได้ง่าย การรักษายาวนานไม่หายขาด มีผลกระทบรุนแรงต่อสภาพจิตใจและคุณภาพชีวิต ในบทความนี้เป็นการทบทวนวรรณกรรม โดยผู้เขียนได้วิเคราะห์ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสาเหตุ การเกิดโรค การรักษาภายใน การรักษาภายนอก การฝังเข็ม และด้านอื่นๆ ของการแพทย์แผนจีน รวมทั้งสรุปความคืบหน้าการวิจัยทางคลินิกในรักษาต่อมลูกหมากอักเสบเรื้อรังด้วยศาสตร์แพทย์แผนจีนในช่วงไม่กี่ปีที่ผ่านมา เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงยกระดับการวิจัยและประสิทธิภาพของการรักษาทางคลินิก
