Abstract

โรคอัมพาตใบหน้า (facial paralysis, Bell’s palsy) เป็นโรคที่เกิดจากความผิดปกติของเส้นประสาทสมองคู่ที่ 7 ก่อให้เกิดกล้ามเนื้อบริเวณใบหน้าอ่อนแรงหรือเป็นอัมพาตไปซีกหนึ่ง ส่งผลทางกายภาพและการใช้ชีวิตทางสังคมของผู้ป่วย ซึ่งศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีนนิยมใช้การฝังเข็มรักษา บทความนี้เป็นการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรักษาโรคอัมพาตใบหน้าด้วยวิธีการฝังเข็มตามศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีน ซึ่งคัดเลือกจากบทความที่ใช้การฝังเข็มรักษา และการฝังเข็มร่วมกับวิธีการอื่นๆ ทางการแพทย์แผนจีน เช่น การรมยา การครอบแก้ว การนวดทุยหนา การใช้จุดสะท้อนใบหู การพอกยาสมุนไพรจีน การฉายแสงอินฟราเรด เป็นต้น โดยสืบค้นจากฐานข้อมูล China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), PubMed และ ThaiJO เพื่อใช้อ้างอิงประกอบการทำเวชปฏิบัติทางคลินิกสำหรับแพทย์แผนจีน และช่วยให้บุคลากรทางการแพทย์อื่นๆ ได้เข้าใจศาสตร์การแพทย์ทางเลือกในการดูแลรักษาโรคนี้อย่างปลอดภัย และเพิ่มทางเลือกให้ผู้ป่วยมากยิ่งขึ้น

瘫（贝尔麻痹）是一种由于第七脑神经功能障碍引起的疾病，导致面部肌肉一侧的无力或瘫痪。这对患者的身体健康和社会生活都会产生影响。传统中医常常使用针灸进行治疗。本文收集了与使用针灸治疗面瘫相关的文献，基于传统中医的框架，选择了单独使用针刺疗法或结合其他传统中医疗法的研究，如艾灸、拔罐、推拿、耳针、中药外敷和红外线照射等。研究使用了中国国家知识基础设施（CNKI）、PubMed 和 ThaiJO等数据库，旨在为中医医师提供临床实践的参考。同时，帮助其他医疗人员了解替代医学在安全管理此病方面的应用，从而为患者提供更多的治疗选择。

Facial paralysis (Bell’s palsy) is a condition caused by a dysfunction of the seventh cranial nerve, leading to weakness or paralysis of the facial muscles on one side. This affects both the physical well-being and social life of the patient. Traditional Chinese medicine often employs acupuncture for treatment. This article reviews the literature related to the treatment of facial paralysis using acupuncture within the framework of traditional Chinese medicine. It selects studies that utilize acupuncture alone or in combination with other traditional Chinese medical methods, such as moxibustion, cupping, Tui Na, auricular reflexology, herbal poultices, and infrared light therapy. The research was conducted using databases like China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), PubMed, and ThaiJO, aiming to provide references for clinical practice for traditional Chinese medicine practitioners. It also seeks to help other medical personnel understand alternative medicine approaches for safely managing this condition, thus offering more treatment options for patients.
