华侨医院商业汉语服务应用研究

Abstract

ปัจจุบันการรักษาพยาบาลของประเทศไทยเป็นที่นิยมเป็นอย่างมาก มีชาวต่างชาติมากมายเลือกที่จะเข้ารับบริการรักษาพยาบาลที่ประเทศไทย ด้วยค่ารักษาพยาบาลที่ค่อนข้างต่ำและระดับของการบริการที่ดี จึงทำให้การบริการรักษาพยาบาลของไทยเป็นที่น่าสนใจของโลก เมื่อไม่กี่ปีมานี้ ชาวต่างชาติที่มาเที่ยวในประเทศไทยนับวันยิ่งมีจำนวนเพิ่มมากขึ้น ดังนั้น โรงพยาบาลส่วนใหญ่ของไทยล้วนใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศในการให้บริการรักษา ด้วยเหตุที่นักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนมีจำนวนค่อนข้างมาก จึงแสดงให้เห็นว่าการใช้ภาษาจีนในการบริการเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการใช้ภาษาจีนในการบริการของโรงพยาบาลหัวเฉียว กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย กลุ่มแรก คือ พนักงานผู้ให้บริการของโรงพยาบาล โดยรู้จักและเข้าใจถึงสถานการณ์ของการใช้ภาษาจีนในการให้บริการของพนักงานแปลภาษาในโรงพยาบาล ซึ่งเกี่ยวกับระดับการใช้ภาษาจีนของพนักงาน เป็นการนำไปสู่การพัฒนาการใช้ภาษาจีนในโรงพยาบาลหัวเฉียว เพิ่มคุณภาพในการให้บริการให้มากขึ้น ส่วนกลุ่มที่สอง คือกลุ่มผู้ป่วยชาวจีน การสำรวจที่สำคัญคือ เพื่อทำความเข้าใจความรู้สึกของผู้ป่วยที่มีต่อโรงพยาบาล ตลอดจนประเมินการบริการด้านภาษาจีนและความคิดเห็นของผู้ป่วยที่มีต่อการบริการด้านภาษาจีนเชิงธุรกิจของโรงพยาบาลหัวเฉียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ป่วยชาวจีนที่เข้ามารักษาพยาบาลจากโรงพยาบาลหัวเฉียวมีความพึงพอใจต่อความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาจีนในการบริการของพนักงาน เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมการบริการด้านการใช้ภาษาจีนของโรงพยาบาลหัวเฉียว ผู้ป่วยได้เสนอความเห็นดังนี้ โรงพยาบาลหัวเฉียวควรมีสื่อด้านภาษาจีน เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารของโรงพยาบาล ขณะเดียวกันยังพบว่าโรงพยาบาลหัวเฉียวมีพนักงานที่มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาจีนจำนวนน้อย พนักงานโดยทั่วไปไม่ค่อยมีความพึงพอใจต่อความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาจีนของตนเอง ทั้งยังต้องการได้รับการอบรมเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับภาษาจีนเฉพาะทาง

Nowadays, Thai traditional medical is very welcomed by foreign visitors and the treatment fee is reasonably affordable cheap and the level of good services so Thai medical services is interesting of the world. In these recent years, the number of tourists in Thailand has been slighly increasing especially Chinese mainland visitors. Thus, most of hospitals in Thailand can not only provide Thai language service but also other language. As Chinese visitors are the biggest group of foreigners in Thailand, thus Chinese-language service is particularly necessary that most of the hospital shall provide. The objective of this thesis is to study the effectiveness of Chinese language usage in the service sector of Huachiew Hospital. Firstly, Huachiew Hospital medical service is one of this research objective, through the understaning and mastering of translators, Huachiew Hospital in the use of Chinese service demand and relevanr personnel of Chinese level and Chinese language service condition, to improve the Chinese language service and the service quality. Secondly, the Chinese patients, the main investigation of the hospital and its Chinese service to the hospital and the Chinese service to the Huachiew Hospital business advice. The result illustrated that Chinese patients that have been in medical care at Huachiew Hospital are satisfied with Chinese language usage by the Huachiew staff. At the same time in order to promote Huachiew Hospital's Chinese language service, patients have suggested some points such as Huachiew Hospital should have Chinese media to strengthen the hospital propaganda. At the same time, it is found that Huachiew Hospital lack of Chinese talent employeeds, which makes Chinese patients are generally not satisfied with their Chinese ability, need to strengthen the special training of Chinese education.

目前来泰国医疗很受欢迎,很多外国人选择来泰国接受医疗服务。较低的医疗费用和良好的服务水平使得泰国医疗备受世界关注。近年来外国人来泰国旅游日益增加,因此泰国大多数的医院都为外国人提供医疗语言服务。由于中国的旅客比较多,所以中文服务的提供显得尤为必要。

本课题的研究旨在了解华侨医院汉语服务的应用情况。研究对象一是医院的服务人员,通过了解和掌握医院的翻译人员在使用汉语服务方面的情况,相关人员的汉语水平,促进华侨医院改善汉语服务,提高服务质量。二是中国患者,主要调查了解患者对医院及其中文服务方面评价和对华侨医院商业汉语服务方面的建议。

通过研究调查发现,中国患者整体来说比较满意华侨医院客户服务翻译人员的中文服务能力。同时为了促进华侨医院的汉语服务,患者提出了一些建议,如: 华侨医院应当有中文的媒体,以加强对医院的宣传。同时还发现华侨医院缺乏汉语人才,还发现员工普遍不太满意自己的汉语能力,需要加强专门的汉语培训教育。
