泰国东部四所重点华文学校教学现状调查

Abstract

ในปัจจุบันการเรียนรู้ภาษาจีนที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมากในประเทศไทย ผู้เขียนพบว่ามีปัญหาบางอย่างในการสอนภาษาจีนในโรงเรียนจีนสี่แห่งในภาคตะวันออกของประเทศไทย ซึ่งได้กลายเป็นหนึ่งในเงื่อนไขที่จำกัด สำหรับการพัฒนาการสอนภาษาจีนในภูมิภาคนี้ บทความนี้สำรวจและศึกษาการสอนภาษาจีนจากมุมมองของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนและครูภาษาจีน และให้คำแนะนำที่สอดคล้องกัน โดยอ้างอิงจากผลสำรวจรวมกับการสอนภาษาจีนจริงเพื่อเป็นข้อมูลอ้างอิงสำหรับการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนในโรงเรียนจีนทั้งสี่แห่งและโรงเรียนจีนที่มีปัญหาคล้ายกันนี้ จะส่งเสริมการพัฒนาการสอนภาษาจีนในโรงเรียนภาษาจีนในภูมิภาคนี้หรือแม้แต่ในประเทศไทย บทความนี้แบ่งออกเป็นสามส่วน ส่วนแรกคือ ผู้เขียนใช้สมาคมโรงเรียนจีนภาคตะวันออกประเทศไทย เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นในการทบทวนประวัติศาสตร์การศึกษาภาษาจีนในประเทศไทยและประวัติโรงเรียนจีนในภาคตะวันออก ส่วนที่สองคือ การสำรวจและสัมภาษณ์ครูชาวจีนและผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนจีนสี่แห่งในสมาคมโรงเรียนสอนภาษาจีนภาคตะวันออก ในส่วนที่สาม ผู้เขียนทำการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติของข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมปัญหาของครูและผู้ปกครองในโรงเรียนจีนภาคตะวันออก และกำหนดมาตรการตอบโต้ที่สอดคล้องกับปัญหาเหล่านี้ ผู้เขียนคิดว่าโรงเรียนควรรวบรวมสื่อการสอนที่เหมาะสมกับสภาพแวดล้อมการสอนของไทย ปรับปรุงระบบการบริหารครู และออกแบบหลักสูตรที่ตรงประเด็นในการเรียนรู้ภาษาจีน ครูสอนภาษาจีนควรใช้ความคิดริเริ่มในการพัฒนาความสามารถทางภาษา และรองลงมา คือ การใช้สภาพแวดล้อมที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมการสอนในชั้นเรียนภาษาจีน ผู้ปกครองชาวไทยควรเป็นตัวอย่างในการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ภาษาจีนที่ดีสำหรับเด็ก และช่วยให้เด็กเข้าใจจุดประสงค์ในการเรียนรู้ภาษาจีนอย่างชัดเจน พวกเขายังต้องร่วมมือกับโรงเรียนและครูสอนภาษาจีนเพื่อบ่มเพาะให้ได้คนที่มีพรสวรรค์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม

In the current upsurge of Chinese language learning in Thailand, the author finds that there are some problems in the Chinese teaching in four Chinese schools in eastern Thailand, which has become one of the restrictive conditions for the development of Chinese teaching in the region. This article investigates and studies Chinese teaching from the perspective of student parents and Chinese teachers, and gives corresponding suggestions based on the survey results and the actual Chinese teaching. In order to provide reference for Chinese teaching in these four Chinese schools and Chinese schools with similar problems, it will promote the further development of Chinese teaching in Chinese schools in the region and even in Thailand. This article is divided into three parts. The first part is that the author takes the Eastern Thai Chinese School Association as an entry point to review the history of Chinese education in Thailand and the history of the Eastern Chinese School. The second pert is to survey and interview the Chinese teacheres and some parents of the students in the four Chinese schools in the Eastern Chinese Language School Association. In the third part, the author makes a statistical analysis of the collected data, finds out the problems of teachers and parents in the East China School, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to these problems. The author believes that the schools should compile teaching materials suitable for the Thai teaching environment, improve the teacher management system, and design a targeted Chinese learning course. Chinese teachers should first exert their subjective initiative to improve their language proficiency, and secondly use the objective environment to carry out Chinese classroom teaching activities. Thai parents should lead by example to create a good Chinese language learning environment for their children, and help their children clearly understand the purpose of learning Chinese. They also need to cooperate with schools and Chinese teachers to jointly cultivate excellent talents.

随着中国综合国力的不断提升，在当前泰国汉语学习热潮中，笔者发现泰国东部四所华文学校的汉语教学中存在着一些问题，已成为现如今该地区发展汉语教学的限制条件之一。

本文从学生家长和汉语教师的角度调查研究汉语教学情况，根据调查结果结合实际的汉语教学情况给出相应的建议。以期能为此四所华校以及具有相似问题的华文学校提供汉语教学方面的参考，推动该地区乃至于全泰国华校的汉语教学有进一步发展。

本文共分为三大部分。第一部分，是笔者以泰国东部华文民校联谊会为本文的切入点，回顾泰国的华文教育历史和东部华校历史。第二部分，是以东部华文民校联谊会中四所具有代表性的学校为调查对象，对四所华校中的汉语教师和部分学生家长进行调查和访谈。第三部分，笔者对所收集的资料进行统计分析，找出东部华校中教师和家长所存在的问题，并且对于这些问题提出相应的对策。笔者认为学校应当编写适合泰国教学环境的教材，完善教师管理制度，设计针对性强的汉语学习课程。汉语教师首先应当发挥主观能动性，提升自身语言能力水平，其次利用客观环境来开展汉语课堂教学活动。泰国家长应当以身作则为子女营造一个良好的汉语学习环境，并帮助子女明确学习汉语的目的性，更需要与学校和汉语教师配合，共同培养出优秀的人才。
