การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการของธุรกิจอาหารสัตว์เลี้ยง 2. เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพการให้บริการของธุรกิจอาหารสัตว์เลี้ยง โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ซึ่งการวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ข้อมูลจากการเก็บแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) จากร้านจำหน่ายอาหารสัตว์เลี้ยงในเขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล จำนวน 287 ราย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมุติฐาน ใช้สถิติค่า (t-test) และค่า (F-test)จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการของธุรกิจอาหารสัตว์เลี้ยงอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพการให้บริการของธุรกิจอาหารสัตว์เลี้ยง โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลแล้วพบว่า ร้านจำหน่ายอาหารสัตว์เลี้ยงในเขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลที่มีสถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา และอายุการทำงานส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการให้บริการ ส่วนร้านจำหน่ายอาหารสัตว์เลี้ยงในเขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลที่มีเพศ อายุ สาขาวิชาที่จบ และตำแหน่งงานไม่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการให้บริการของธุรกิจอาหารสัตว์เลี้ยง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
