dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มคุณภาพในกระบวนการแผ่นตรวจสอบการใช้เครื่องมือวัดชิ้นงานของบริษัท เมืองทองอุตสาหกรรมอะลูมีเนียม จำกัดโดยใช้เครื่องมือคุณภาพ 7 อย่าง (7 QC Tools) โดยใช้แผนภาพก้างปลา ในการค้นหาสาเหตุและหาแนวทางการแก้ปัญหา จากการศึกษาพบว่าปัญหาเกิดจากในแผนกการประกันคุณภาพ พนักงานที่รับผิดชอบเกิดข้อผิดพลาดในการทำงานในการตรวจสอบเครื่องมือวัด จึงเกิดการไม่ผ่านมาตรฐานของชิ้นงาน ขาดคุณภาพสาเหตุหลักคือไม่มีเอกสารการบ่งชี้ในการตรวจวัดเครื่องมือที่ชัดเจนทำให้เกิดใบคำร้องขอให้แก้ไขข้อบกพร่อง (Construction Authorization Request: CAR) การปรับปรุงแก้ไขโดยการออกแบบแผ่นตรวจสอบเครื่องมือวัดและการวางระบบการบริหารเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพที่สามารถตรวจสอบได้โดยผ่านระบบเอกสารได้มาตรฐานระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพ ISO 9001:2015	en
dc.description.abstract	This research aims to study the increasing quality in the instrumentation process using the 7 quality control tools (7 QC Tools), included Fishbone that has the causes and the problems in the case study: Muang Thong Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. This study found that the responsibility assignments for procedures preparation include groups with necessary technical expertise, need the licensee's work and inspection performance related to licensing documents (Construction Authorization Request: CAR). These documents are of sufficient detail and specify requirements for a quality management system standard ISO 9001:2015.	en
