การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสุขส่วนบุคคลและความสุขในการทำงานความสัมพันธ์ของความสุขส่วนบุคคลกับความสุขในการทำงาน ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่มีผลกับความสุขในการทำงานกับความสุขในการทำงาน และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางของพนักงานระดับผู้บริหารที่มีต่อความสุขในการทำงานของพนักงงานการท่าเรือแห่งประเทศไทย สังกัดท่าเรือกรุงเทพ เป็นการวิจัยโดยใช้ผสานวิธี ประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ พนักงานจำนวน 328 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยบเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างโดยการทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดยวและนำข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมจากแบบสัมภาษณ์มาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับความสุขส่วนบุคคลและความสุขในการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกันในระดับสูง ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .01 หมายความว่า ถ้าพนักงานมีความสุขส่วนบุคคลเพิ่มขึ้น จะทำให้ความสุขในการทำงานของพนักงานเพิ่มขึ้นในระดับสูง และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีผลกับความสุขในการทำงาน ประกอบด้วย การติดต่อสัมพันธ์ ความรักในงาน ความสำเร็จในงาน การเป็นที่ยอมรับ ก็มีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกันกับความสุขในการทำงานในระดับสูง ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .01 เช่นกัน นั่นหมายความว่า ถ้าพนักงานมีปัจจัยทั้ง 4 ด้านนี้เพิ่มขึ้น จะทำให้ความสุขในการทำงานของพนักงานเพิ่มขึ้นในระดับสูง
The purpose of this research was to study the state of level personal happiness and happiness at work, The relation between personal happiness and happiness at work, The relation between factors affecting work happiness and happiness at work and to study the direction of the management level employees towards Bangkok Port employee's happiness at work of Port Authority of Thailand. The research using a combination of methods. It consists of quantitative and qualitative research. The sample group was 328 employees. Questionnaire and in-depth interview were used to collect the data. The statistics were analyzed by frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient, independent t-test and one-way analysis of variance. The qualitative data used in-depth interview were showed on content analysis. Results of the study found that the employees' opinion toward overall of personal happiness and hapiness at work was at the high level. Personal happiness were positively related to happiness at work at significant level of .01 that means if the employees have increased personal happiness it will increase the happiness of the employee and the factors affecting work happiness, which included connections, love at work, achievement, recognition were positively related to happiness at work at significant level of .01 that means if the employees have these 4 factors it will increase the happiness of employees.
