การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาประชากรที่มีผลต่อปัญหาและอุปสรรคของการบริหารธุรกิจในครอบครัว 2) ศึกษารูปแบบการบริหารกิจการธุรกิจในครอบครัว อนาคตและความอยู่รอดของธุรกิจ โดยมีการเก็บแบบสอบถามจำนวน 300 ชุด เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (T-test) ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียวหรือแบบปัจจัยเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) หรือค่า F-test, T-test และค่าเฉลี่ยแบบจับคู่พหุคูณ Post-Hoc testผลการศึกษา พบว่า ข้อมูลผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ เป็นเพศหญิง อยู่ในช่วงกลุ่ม อายุระหว่าง 30-35 ปี ส่วนใหญ่การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สถานภาพโสด รายได้ของธุรกิจครอบครัวต่อเดือน ระหว่าง 500,001-700,000 บาท ระยะเวลาในการก่อตั้งธุรกิจ น้อยกว่า 10 ปี รุ่นทายาทของการสืบทอดกิจการ รุ่นที่ 3 สมมติฐาน พบว่า ปัญหาและอุปสรรคการบริหารธุรกิจในครอบครัวมีความสัมพันธ์กับรูปแบบการบริหารกิจการธุรกิจครอบครัวเพื่อความยั่งยืน การทดสอบหาความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เพียร์สัน (Pearson Correlation Coefficient) พบว่า ปัญหาและอุปสรรค การบริหารธุรกิจในครอบครัวมีความสัมพันธ์กับรูปแบบการบริหารกิจการธุรกิจครอบครัวเพื่อความยั่งยืน
The independent study is 1) to study population who effect on problems and barriers of administration in family business 2) to study forms of administration in family business, future, and survival of the business by gathering 300 questionnaires. Statistics used for analyzing data included percentage, average, and standard deviation. And inferential statistics used for analyzing data included T-test, One-Way ANOVA, or the value of F-test, T-test, and Post-Hoc test.The results found that most of respondents were female of 30-35 year-old, most of them are studying in Bachelor Degree and single and get income between 500,001-700,000 baht, business was set up less than 10 years, and generation of business succession are the third.The hypothesis found that problems and obstacles of administration in family business were related to sustainable family business model. Pearson Correlation Coefficient found that problems and obstacles of administration in family business were related to sustainable family business model.
