โปรแกรมจัดการเอกสารออก: กรณีศึกษา สาขาวิชาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้นำเสนอการพัฒนาโปรแกรมจัดการเอกสารออกเพื่อให้สาขาวิชาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ มีระบบสารสนเทศที่สามารถดำเนินการด้านการจัดการเอกสารออกได้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น โดยผู้ใช้งานสามารถสร้างเอกสารออก ส่งเอกสารออกไปยังผู้มีอำนาจลงนาม สืบค้น เรียกดู และบันทึกเอกสารออกในระบบ รวมทั้งการจัดการข้อมูลและออกรายงาน ซึ่งช่วยลดปัญหาด้านการสื่อสารของบุคลากรในสาขาวิชาฯ การสูญหายของเอกสาร และการสิ้นเปลืองทรัพยากรกระดาษและพื้นที่การจัดเก็บเอกสาร โดยปรับเปลี่ยนขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานในระบบเดิมมาเป็นโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บ พัฒนาโดยใช้ภาษา PHP ทำการออกแบบและพัฒนาส่วนต่อประสานกับผู้ใช้ด้วยโปรแกรม Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 และใช้ MySQL เป็นระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล ผลการประเมินโดยใช้แบบสอบถามประเมินประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรมในด้านต่าง ๆ จากผู้ใช้งาน จำนวน 12 คน ผู้ประเมินมีความพึงพอใจในระดับดี กล่าวได้ว่าโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้เป็นอย่างดี รวมทั้งช่วยลดภาระงานด้านเอกสารของสาขาวิชาฯ ได้อีกด้วย

This paper presents the development of document management software. It is developed for efficiency improvement in document management at the Division of Computer Science, Faculty of Science and Technology, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. User can create a document, send it to be signed by an authorized person, search, view, and save the document in the system. And user can also manage data and generate reports from the developed software. This can reduce communication problems, lost document, waste paper, and use no space to keep the documents in the division. The workflow of the office operations is changed to web application for more easily access. The software is developed by using PHP. The user interface is designed and developed by using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6. MySQL is used as RDBMS. The performance of this software was evaluated by using the questionnaire from twelve users. The results show that they were satisfied by this software with good quality. In conclusion, our study shows that the software creates a positive impact to the division’s workflow and greatly reduces paper usage in the division.
