การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการรับรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์ชิ้นงานคาร์บอนไฟเบอร์รถยนต์ Econ GT และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีต่อการรับรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์ชิ้นงานคาร์บอนไฟเบอร์รถยนต์ Econ GT ของผู้บริโภคในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยดำเนินการค้นคว้าและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแนวคิดทฤษฎีและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดตัวอย่างเป็นกลุ่มผู้บริโภคในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี ที่เคยซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์กับผู้แทนจำหน่าย โดยมีผู้แทนจำหน่ายแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ร้านค้า ตัวแทนจำหน่าย จำนวนผู้บริโภคที่ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ 200 คน และใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในเชิงพรรณนาและเชิงอนุมานโดยคำนวณหาความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติ T-test, F-test และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างเมื่อพบว่ามีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 จึงนำมาเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ LSDผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุ 26-30 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี อาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 10,001-20,000 บาท ส่วนใหญ่มีระดับการรับรู้ชิ้นงานคาร์บอนไฟเบอร์รถยนต์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนปัจจัยที่มีต่อการรับรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์ชิ้นงานคาร์บอนไฟเบอร์รถยนต์โดยสามารถแยกออกเป็น 4 ด้าน ด้านอิทธิพลของผลิตภัณฑ์รับรู้ว่ามีการรับประกันชิ้นงานคาร์บอนไฟเบอร์รถยนต์ก่อนติดตั้งมากที่สุด ด้านลักษณะทางกายภาพ รับรู้ว่าใช้โพลิเมอร์แทนแลคเกอร์เคลือบผิวชิ้นงานมากที่สุด ด้านความเชื่อมั่นไว้วางใจ รับรู้ว่าชิ้นงานคาร์บอนไฟเบอร์มีความทนทานในระยะยาวมากที่สุด ด้านการเข้าใจลูกค้า รับรู้ว่ามีการรับประกันชิ้นงานหลังจากการติดตั้งเสร็จมากที่สุด
This research aims to study the level of Product perception of carbon fiber car parts for Econ GT consumers and the factors affecting to product perception of carbonfiber car parts for Econ GT cars of consumers who live in Chonburi province. By conducting and gathering an information theory and relevant research. Theresearchers defined a sample group of consumers who lives in Chonburiprovince with past purchased record with the dealers. The dealers are divided intofour shops with the number of consumers who buy products amount 200questionnaires to collect data. The data were analyzed in descriptive and inferentialcalculations by frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation. Statistics stics T-test,F-test and compare the differences statistically significant 0.05 therefore becompared with the LSD.The research study found, the majority sample are male aged between 26 to 30 years completed a bachelor's degree and they are private employees with the average income per month around 10,001 to 20,000 baht. The perception levels of carbon fiber car parts are high. The per perception factors of carbon fiber car parts can be separated into four sides; first one, the perception power of the product, existing customer perceived about guarantee of carbon fiber car before installing. Second one; physical recognize in polymer lacquer coating surface. Third; confidential about long run using of carbon fiber components. And the last; customer understanding that there is a guaranteed after the installation is completed.
