การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความตั้งใจในการเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาปีสุดท้ายของมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูลจากประชากรคือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีสุดท้ายปีการศึกษา 2557 ซึ่งขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างเท่ากับ 332 คน ใช้สมการถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple regression analysis) ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความตั้งใจในการเป็นผู้ประกอบการอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄ = 3.88) และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความตั้งใจในการเป็นผู้ประกอบการและใช้การวิเคราะห์ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นบันได พบว่าปัจจัยด้านความต้องการความสําเร็จ ความต้องการอํานาจ ความมีนวัตกรรม ความใฝใจในความสําเร็จ การสนับสนุนด้านอารมณ์ การสนับสนุนด้านวัตถุ การสนับสนุนด้านข้อมูล มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความตั้งใจในการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ
The purposes of this research are to study intentions of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University Student. This research was quantitative research and collected data by a question-naire from students of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University, the sample size was 332. The study found that the students had high level of entrepreneurial intention ( x̄ = 3.88) The study of factors the entrepreneurial intentions of sample was analyzed by multiple regression analysis; using stepwise regression. This research found that Need for achievement, Need for power, Innovativeness, Achievement Orientation, Emotional Support, Instrumental Support, Informational Appraisal Support factors affect to this research.
