ความคาดหวังขั้นพื้นฐานของสถานประกอบการที่มีต่อแรงงานในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปู จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

การศึกษานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังขั้นพื้นฐานของสถานประกอบการที่มีต่อแรงงานในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปู จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม โดยสอบถามผู้ประกอบการหรือหัวหน้าฝ่ายบุคคลของสถานประกอบการในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปู ทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากสถานประกอบการ ซึ่งไม่ใช่กลุ่มตัวอย่างจํานวน 30 ตัวอย่างผลการคํานวณได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.927 ถือว่าอยู่ในระดับความเชื่อถือที่ดี หลังจากนั้นจึงแจกแบบสอบถามให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 350 ชุด ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมาจํานวน 187 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.42 จากแบบสอบถามทั้งหมด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและเชิงอนุมาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย อายุในช่วง 36-45 ปี สําเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี และมีประสบการณ์ทํางานมากกว่า 10 ปี ความคาดหวังของสถานประกอบการ ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างต้องการแรงงานที่มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตมากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.63, S.D. = 0.557) ด้านจรรยาบรรณในวิชาชีพ พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างต้องการแรงงานที่รักษาความลับมากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.65, S.D. = 0.59) ด้านความสามารถพื้นฐานในการทํางาน พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างต้องการแรงงานที่มีความสามารถในการทํางานให้เสร็จตามกําหนดมาก ที่สุด (x̄ = 4.35, S.D. = 0.581) ด้านองค์ความรู้ในการทํางาน พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างต้องการแรงงานที่มีความรู้ตามบทบาทหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.43, S.D. = 0.621) ผลที่ได้จากการศึกษา ผู้ประกอบการสามารถนําไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการคัดเลือกหรือพัฒนาแรงงานที่มีอยู่ให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการแรงงานของผู้ประกอบการ และแรงงานสามารถนํามาใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาตนเองให้ตรงกับความต้องการของสถานประกอบการได้

The purpose of the research is to study the employers’ basic expectations toward the employees. Questionnaires were used to collect the data from the employers or Human resource managers in Bangpu Industrial Park. The test-retest reliability method was used in the research by collected the data from 30 employers who were not the sample size during the research. The resulted showed 0.927 which considered good reliability. Questionnaires were sent out to 350 perspective participants. As the result, 187 questionnaires were received out of 350 perspective participants, leading to 53.42 percent. Statistics utilized in analyzing data were descriptive and inferential. The study founded that: respondents were more female than male, age vary between 36-45 years, graduated with a bachelor’s degree, and had working experience more than 10 years. The expectations in Morality and Ethics showed that the employers require honest workers (x̄ = 4.63, S.D. = 0.557), Professional Ethics resulted that the employers require confidentiality (x̄ = 4.65, S.D.= 0.59), Basic Competence in Working indicated that the employers require workers who had the ability to get work done on time (x̄ = 4.35, S.D. = 0.581), Knowledge of working showed that employers required the workers with knowledge in their role (x̄ = 4.43, S.D. = 0.621). The results of a study will benefit entrepreneurs and workers. Entrepreneurs can use the conclusion of the analysis for selection and development workers to meet the labor need. Workers can use the result of this analyst to be a guide for developing themselves to satisfy enterprise labor needs.
