การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของลูกจ้างที่มีต่อสิทธิประโยชน์กองทุนประกันสังคม กรณีศึกษาบริษัท พรอคเตอร์ แอนด์ แกมเบิล แมนูแฟคเจอริ่ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัดและเพื่อหาปัญหาการใช้บริการของลูกจ้างที่มีต่อสิทธิประโยชน์สวัสดิการกองทุนประกันสังคมของพนักงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานประจำ และพนักงานเหมาช่วยที่ทำหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงานในบริษัท พรอคเตอร์ แอนด์ แกมเบิล แมนูแฟคเจอริ่ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด จำนวน 290 คน จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า เพศหญิงคิดเป็นร้อยละ 55.17 มีอายุมากกว่า 25-30 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 28.62 มีวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 65.52 มีประสบการณ์ทำงานไม่เกิน 5 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.72 ตำแหน่งงานส่วนใหญ่อยู่ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 91.03 ลักษณะการว่าจ้างส่วนใหญ่เป็นพนักงานประจำคิดเป็นร้อยละ 71.03 พบว่า พนักงานมีระดับการรับรู้ที่มาของข้อมูลสิทธิประโยชน์กองทุนประกันสังคมอยู่ในระดับน้อย และผลการวิเคราะห์ความรู้สึกของลูกจ้างที่มีต่อสิทธิประโยชน์กองทุนประกันสังคมของพนักงาน พบว่า ความรู้สึกของลูกจ้างที่มีต่อสิทธิประโยชน์กองทุนประกับสังคมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ทั้งทางด้านการให้บริการและทางด้านระบบงาน
This study aimed to examine Attitudes on the Social Security Fund of Employees: A Case Study of Procter & Gamble Manufacturing (Thailand) Ltd. and for the problem service of the employee welfare benefits on the Social Security Fund of employees working in Procter & Gambel Manufacturing (Thailand) Ltd. The sample used in this study is permanent and contract employees to help serve working in Procter & Gamble Manufacturing (Thailand) Ltd. 290 people. The results showed that: 55.17 percent were female, over 25 years, 30 years, accounting for 28.62 percent of the undergraduate degree 65.52 percent have less than 5 years’ experience representing 81.72 percent of jobs, mostly in operations. 91.03 percent characterized mainly engaged staff representing 71.03 percent. Found that employees who perceived level of social security benefits information at a low level. And analysis of the feelings of employees on the benefits social security case study of Procter & Gamble Manufacturing (Thailand) Ltd. found that feeling of employees towards benefits. Social Security is moderate. Both the service and the system works.
