Abstract

การพัฒนาระบบตรวจสอบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบที่ใช้ในการตรวจสอบสถานะการทำงานของอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายแบบเรียลไทม์ ทำให้ผู้ดูแลระบบทราบถึงปัญหาที่จะเกิดขึ้นภายในเครือข่ายแบบเรียลไทม์ ทำให้ผู้ดูแลระบบทราบถึงปัญหาที่จะเกิดขึ้นภายในเครือข่ายผ่านการแจ้งเตือนบนแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ โดยการพัฒนาเป็นรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันที่สามารถบันทึกแสดงผลข้อมูลการทำงานของอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย การแจ้งเตือนกรณีเกิดปัญหา และเรียกดูรายงานข้อมูลประวัติการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ย้อนหลัง ระบบพัฒนาด้วยโปรแกรม Visual Studio Code บนระบบปฏิบัติการ Ubuntu ร่วมกับภาษา CSS, PHP, JavaScript, และ Shell Script โดยจัดเก็บข้อมูล MySQL ผลการทดลอง พบว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริงและตรงตามความต้องการขององค์กร จากการประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้ระบบตรวจสอบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̄ = 4.55) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D. = 0.73) ซึ่งช่วยให้การดูแลระบบมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น สามารถตรวจสอบข้อผิดพลาดของอุปกรณ์ภายในเครือข่าย และทำการแก้ไขได้อย่างรวดเร็วมากยิ่งขึ้นส่งผลให้ผู้ใช้สามารถดูแลระบบได้ทั่วถึงถูกต้อง

Development of a system for monitoring the operation of computer networks equipment. The objective is to develop a system to monitor the operating status of network equipment in real time and make system administrators aware of problems that will occur within the network through notifications on the LINE application by developing a web application format that can record and display information on the operation of network equipment, notification in case of problems, and viewing reports on historical equipment operation data. The system is developed with the Visual Studio Code program on the Ubuntu operating system, along with CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and Shell Script, by storing the MySQL database. The results of the experiment found that the developed system can actually be used and meets the needs of the organization. From the satisfaction assessment of using the system to monitor the operation of computer networks equipment, users are satisfied at the highest level, mean (3r 4.55), and standard deviation (S.D. = 0.73). This allows for more efficient system administration by being able to detect errors in equipment with the network and make corrections more quickly. As a result, users are able to administer the system thoroughly and correctly.
