Thesis takes the Chatuchak market as the research object, and investigates the business model and Chinese service usage of the Chatuchak market through methods such as questionnaires, interviews, and observations. This thesis makes a comparative analysis of the current situation after the COVID-19 epidemic in the Chatuchak Market, Bangkok, and analyzes the consumption and satisfaction of Chinese tourists in the Chatuchak market. By investigating 100 merchants and 50 Chinese tourists, this thesis uses the 4P marketing mix theory to analyze the business model, marketing strategies, and Chinese language services of merchants, and points out the problems affect to services. A survey shows that there are many businesses in the weekend market of Chatuchak , and the businesses that provide Chinese language services are mainly shops that Chinese tourists are interested in. Although most businesses believe that providing Chinese language services is beneficial for attracting Chinese tourists and promoting product sales, due to the language barrier that also affect to the communication service between businesses and tourists. Through a survey of the weekend market in Chatuchak, the thesis pointed out the problems of merchants and proposed improvement suggestions. To attract Chinese customers and businesses, it is necessary to strengthen Chinese language training and improve the Chinese proficiency of sales personnel. Merchants need to increase online sales and provide electronic payment methods. In terms of market management, it is necessary to strengthen market supervision, improve the hygiene environment of the market, enhance the competitiveness of the Chatuchak weekend market, and attract more customers.
