ระบบต่อสัญญาสำหรับการสั่งเช่าเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และเครื่องพิมพ์

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาระบบต่อสัญญาสำหรับการสั่งเช่าเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และเครื่องพิมพ์ในรูปแบบโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการข้อมูลการต่อสัญญาเช่าเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และเครื่องพิมพ์ และอำนวยความสะดวกในการต่อสัญญาเช่าเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และเครื่องพิมพ์ภายในองค์กร ผู้ใช้งานทั่วไปสามารถต่อสัญญาเช่า และตรวจสอบสถานะการต่อสัญญาเช่าเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และเครื่องพิมพ์ได้ ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถตรวจสอบวันหมดอายุสัญญาเช่าและแจ้งเตือนให้ผู้ครอบครองเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และเครื่องพิมพ์ทราบ ตรวจสอบการยืนยันการต่อสัญญาเช่า และอัพโหลดผลการอนุมัติการต่อสัญญาเช่าได้ เทคโนโลยีและเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบคือ ASP.NET พัฒนาด้วยภาษา C# ออกแบบด้วยโปรแกรม Microsoft Visual Studio 2021 และจัดการฐานข้อมูลโดยใช้ Microsoft SQL Server 2012 ผลการประเมินโดยใช้แบบสอบถามประเมินประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรมในด้านต่าง ๆ จากผู้ใช้งานจำนวน 10 คน พบว่าสามารถพัฒนาระบบได้ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์และขอบเขตที่ได้วางไว้ตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน โดยที่พนักงานภายในองค์กรได้รับประโยชน์จากระบบอย่างต่อเนื่อง

This research is the development of a lease agreement renewal system for rental of computer and printer. It has been developed as a web application to improve efficiency and facilitate the operations that are related to lease agreement renewal process within an organization. The users can renew the lease and check its status via the system. The administrators can verify the lease expiration date, notify to the owner of the computer and printer for the due date, notify to the owner of the computer and printer for the due date, check for the verification of the renewal request, and upload the approval of the renewal request. The system has been developed by using ASP.NET technology and using C# as programming language. It is designed by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 and used Microsoft SQL Server 2012 as database management system. The questionnaire is applied to 10 subjects in evaluation process. The results show that the developed system achieves its objectives. The users in an organization can easily apply the system to improve workflow.
