Abstract

ระบบการจัดการเอกสารโครงการ กรณีศึกษา คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อจัดเก็บข้อมูล สืบค้น ติดตามผลการอนุมัติ และบันทึกผลสรุปของการดำเนินโครงการ เพื่อช่วยลดปริมาณเอกสารที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานและช่วยให้การจัดเก็บเอกสารโครงการเป็นระบบระเบียบมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยมีการออกแบบการทำงานออกเป็น 2 ส่วนตามประเภทของผู้ใช้งานได้แก่ 1) ส่วนของผู้ดูแลระบบ 2) ส่วนของผู้ใช้งานระบบ โดยครอบคลุมการทำงานตั้งแต่การเสนอขออนุมัติโครงการ การพิจารณาอนุมัติโครงการ และการสรุปโครงการ พัฒนาด้วยภาษา PHP ร่วมกับ CSS และ Java Script โดยใช้ Apache เป็นเว็บเซิร์ฟเวอร์และ MySQL ในการจัดการฐานข้อมูล โดยได้สอบถามความพึงพอใจในประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบจากกลุ่มผู้ทดลองใช้จำนวน 30 ราย พบว่าผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดีมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.10 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.62

Project’s Document Management System : Case Studies of Faculty of Science and Technology Huachiew Chalermprakiet University developed for recording, searching and monitoring the project’s document. To help reduce the amount of documents that occurred during the operation. And allows documenting the project is more organized. This research composed two parts: first part is the administrator. The last one is the user member. The system covers the work of the proposed project, approved project and summary project. Technologies and tools used in the development of a web application using the PHP language with CSS and Java Script in the development of the program Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 using Apache web server and MySQL for database management system. We have used questionnaires for evaluation the performance of the system of the system with 30 subjects that found the subjects have satisfied at good level with the average value equal to 4.10 and standard deviation value is 0.62 as well.
