โปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บสำหรับการวินิจัยเบื้องต้นโรคทางระบบขับถ่ายในสุนัข

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บสำหรับการวินิจฉัยเบื้องต้นโรคเกี่ยวกับระบบขับถ่ายปัสสาวะและอุจจาระของสุนัข เพื่อให้ผู้ที่ใช้งานโปรแกรมผ่านทางเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตสามารถได้รับการวินิจฉัยเบื้องต้นของโรคในสุนัขโดยวิเคราะห์จากอาการใน 2 กลุ่มอาการ ได้แก่ ปัสสาวะไม่ออก/ปัสสาวะบ่อย และท้องเสีย/อาเจียน/ท้องผูก โดยนำลักษณะอาการต่าง ๆ ที่ผิดปกติของสุนัขมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้การถาม-ตอบกับผู้ใช้โดยตรงในรูปแบบคำถามใช่หรือไม่ใช่ (True or false questions) การทำงานของระบบเริ่มต้นด้วยคำถามเกี่ยวกับอาการหลัก และตามด้วยคำถามเกี่ยวกับอาการรองตามลำดับ ข้อคำถามที่ใช้ในการวินิจฉัยได้จากการรวบรวมเอกสารทางการสัตวแพทย์ที่ใช้จริงในการวินิจฉัยสุนัขโปรแกรมนี้พัฒนาด้วยภาษา PHP โดยใช้ Adobe Dreamweaver C56 ในการสร้างส่วนต่อประสานกับผู้ใช้ ผลการพัฒนาพบว่า โปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถให้ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับโรค เมื่อผู้ใช้ตอบคำถามตามอาการที่สังเกตได้ของสุนัขซึ่งทำให้มีแนวทางในการรักษาหรือบรรเทาอาการของโรคในสุนัขด้วยตนเองได้ เมื่อทำการประเมินระบบโดยใช้แบบสอบถามประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบในด้านต่าง ๆ จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 1 คน และผู้ใช้ทั่วไปจำนวน 10 คน พบว่าผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.16 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.75 และผู้ใช้ทั่วไปมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.36 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.69 ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนำไปพัฒนาต่อยอดเพื่อครอบคลุมประเภทโรคต่าง ๆ ให้มากยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งจะข่วยลดภาระของสัตวแพทย์ในการตรวจรักษาโรคทั่วไปในสุนัขได้

This research is the development of the web application for preliminary diagnosis of excretory system diseases in dogs. The user that accesses the application through the internet can get the preliminary diagnosis of diseases in dogs by observation of the symptoms. In this research, there are two groups of the symptoms as follows: urinary retention/polyuria and diarrhea/vomit/constipation. The symptoms were analyzed to identify the diseases. The user interacts with the application by answering the true or false questions with the primary symptoms as a start point and followed by the secondary symptoms. The patterns of the questions are collected from the clinical veterinary documents that are used in practice. The application was developed by using PHP. The user interface was created by using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6. The results show that after user answers a series of questions preliminary information about the disease can be obtained from the application. User can use it to cure or relieve the symptoms of his dog by himself. The evaluation of the system was performed by one expert in the field and ten general users. It was found that the satisfaction of the system obtained from the expert is good with an average score of 4.16 and a standard deviation of 0.75 and from the general users, the satisfaction is good with an average score of 4.36 and a standard deviation of 0.69. The developed system can be further improved by covering more diseases. This can reduce cases for general medical examination and diagnosis of the veterinary.
