ระบบ Bangkok Komatsu Sales iPad Application

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาระบบ Bangkok Komatsu Sales iPad Application ซึ่งทำงานบนอุปกรณ์พกพาที่ใช้ระบบปฏิบัติการ iOS มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อำนวยความสะดวกแก่พนักงานขายและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริการข้อมูลสารสนเทศภายในบริษัท บางกอกโคมัตสุเซลส์ จำกัด โดยแอพพลิเคชันที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความสามารถในการส่งข้อมูลที่มีความสำคัญต่อองค์กรไปยังผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่ายได้รับรู้ข้อมูลโดยทั่วกันในรูปแบบการแจ้งเตือนแบบพุช ระบบประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ส่วนการประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสารและกิจกรรม 2) ส่วนแสดงข้อมูลสินค้าและข้อมูลการขายด้วยระบบ E-Book 3) ส่วนแสดงข้อมูลสินค้าด้วยระบบสื่อวีดิทัศน์ และ 4) ส่วนแสดงสินค้าของฝ่ายโคมัตสุเซลส์ ซึ่งหากมีรายการข้อมูลที่อัพเดทจะแจ้งเตือนด้วย Badge Notification โดยอุปกรณ์เป้าหมาย คือ อุปกรณ์ iPad พัฒนาแอพพลิเคชันในรูปแบบ Cross platform ด้วย ionic Framework ควบคู่กับ Angular JS และใช้งาน Plugin APIs ของ Apache Cordova และ ngCordova ซึ่งเป็นการพัฒนาแบบเขียนครั้งเดียวทำงานได้ทุกแพลตฟอร์ม ทำให้สามารถทำงานได้ทั้งระบบปฏิบัติการ iOS และ Android ซึ่งในระบบปฏิบัตการ Android จะมีการทำทดสอบการทำงานในอนาคต โดยระบบได้ใช้ฐานข้อมูลเดียวกันกับเว็บภายในของบริษัทฯ ผลการพัฒนาโครงงานพบว่า สามารถพัฒนาระบบได้ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ โดยระบบสามารถเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพให้แก่แผนกขายของบริษัทฯ ในการนำเสนอสินค้าให้มีความรวดเร็ว ลดความซ้ำซ้อน และแก้ปัญหาในการเข้าถึงที่ยุ่งยากในระบบเก่าอีกด้วย

This research is the development of the Bangkok Komatsu Sales iPad Application that runs on iOS-based mobile devices. It is developed to facilitate salesperson and improve information service within the Bangkok Komatsu Sales Company Limited. The application can send important information to all related people in the company as the push notification system. It consists of 4 parts, including 1) public relations information and activities, 2) e-book for product information and sales data, 3) video for product information, and 4) product display of the Komatsu Sales department. The updated information is shown as badge notification. The target device is the iPad. It is developed as a cross-platform application by using ionic Framework with Angular JS and the Plugin APIs, Apache Cordova and ngCordova. It is the write-once-run-anywhere approach for mobile development, so it can be run on both iOS and Android operating system. For the Android OS, it will be tested in the near future. The system used the same database with the original website of the company. The results show that the developed system can achieve its objectives. The developed system can improve efficiency of the sales department for product presentation with its fast access, data redundancy reduction, and access difficulty solution of the old system.
