งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์สำหรับจำแนกแหล่งกำเนิดพันธุ์ปลาสลิดโดยใช้สัณฐานวิทยา มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมเพื่อเพิ่มความแม่นยำในการคำนวณหาค่าสัณฐานวิทยาที่ช่วยในการคัดแยกแหล่งกำเนิด ของปลาสลิด และเป็นข้อมูลเริ่มต้นให้เกิดการพัฒนาโปรแกรมการจำแนกพันธุ์สัตว์ในอนาคต โดยใช้ข้อมูลจากลายของ ปลาสลิดและการวัดขนาดปลาสลิด จำนวน 7 ค่า ได้แก่ ความยาวทั้งหมด ความยาวมาตรฐาน ความยาวจะงอยปาก ความยาวหัว ความยาวเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางของตา ความลึกลำตัว และความยาวครีบอก แล้วนำค่าที่ได้จากการสุ่มเลือกปลา ในบ่อที่มีอายุเท่ากัน จำนวน 100 ตัว มาหาค่าสูงสุดและค่าต่ำสุดของแต่ละค่า เพื่อหาค่าประมาณแบบช่วงของค่ามาตรฐาน ของปลาสลิดสำหรับแหล่งกำเนิดใน 7 จังหวัด จากนั้นจึงสามารถนำค่าที่ได้จากการวัดขนาดปลาสลิดที่ต้องการทราบแหล่ง กำเนิดมาเปรียบเทียบกับค่ามาตรฐานที่พัฒนาขึ้น โดยได้พัฒนาเป็นโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่ ผู้ใช้งาน ระบบจะแสดงผลลัพธ์เป็นจังหวัดที่เป็นแหล่งกำเนิดของปลาสลิด นอกจากนี้ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถค้นหาข้อมูล แหล่งกำเนิดพันธุ์ปลาสลิดได้จากลายบนลำตัวของปลาสลิด ผลการทดสอบพบว่า ระบบสามารถให้ผลลัพธ์การค้นหาแหล่ง กำเนิดพันธุ์ปลาสลิดได้อย่างถูกต้อง ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถพัฒนาต่อยอดเพื่อให้ครอบคลุมแหล่งกำเนิดพันธุ์ปลาสลิด ในภาคอื่น ๆ และสร้างเป็นฐานความรู้ในรูปแบบดิจิทัลทางด้านปลาสลิดของประเทศต่อไป
This research is the development of a web application for habitat identification of Trichogaster pectoralis by using morphology. The objective is to develop a software application to increase accuracy of morphology calculation that can identify habitat of Trichogaster pectoralis and serve as a prototype of the habitat identification software in the future. It was developed by using patterns and 7 measures of length: total length, standard length, beak length, head length, eye diameter, body depth and pectoral fin length.Then the lengths from the samples of 100 fishes were used to find the minimum and maximum of each value to create the intervals of the standard values for 7 source provinces. The test values were compared with these standard values to identify the fish habitat. The system was implemented as a web application to facilitate the users. The system results are provinces that are the sources of the fish. It can be used to provide information about the fish habitat from stripes on the body of the fish. The test results show that the system performs the identification correctly. The developed system can be further improved by covering more of fish habitat that was found in other regions of Thailand and formed as a digital knowledge resource of Trichogaster pectoralis in Thailand.
