Abstract

การพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บสำหรับการยืม–คืนอุปกรณ์ กรณีศึกษาสาขาวิชาวิทยาการคำนวณและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดการข้อมูลการยืม–คืนอุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอน ลดความซ้ำซ้อนในการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการแก่ผู้ใช้งาน ระบบที่พัฒนารองรับการใช้งานผ่านเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน ผ่านฟังก์ชันหลัก ได้แก่ การค้นหาอุปกรณ์ การส่งคำขอยืม การจองล่วงหน้า การจัดการข้อมูลอุปกรณ์ และระบบแจ้งเตือนอัตโนมัติ ระบบพัฒนาด้วยเฟรมเวิร์ก Next.js และ MySQL ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล ผลการทดลองใช้งานพบว่า ระบบสามารถนำไปใช้งานจริงได้ตรงตามความต้องการขององค์กร โดยผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้เกี่ยวกับการยืม–คืนอุปกรณ์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̅ = 4.62) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D. = 0.51) ซึ่งระบบ ที่พัฒนามีความสะดวกต่อการใช้งาน ข้อมูลมีความชัดเจน สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการได้ในระดับดี ส่งผลให้ระบบสามารถนำไปใช้งานจริงในบริบทของการจัดการอุปกรณ์ และมีศักยภาพในการพัฒนาต่อยอดเพื่อนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในหน่วยงานอื่นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

The objective of the Department of Computing and Digital Technology's Development of a Web Application for Equipment Borrowing and Returning: A Case Study of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University is to improve the efficiency of service delivery for users, reduce redundancy in administrative tasks, and simplify the management of teaching equipment borrowing, returning data. The system that has been developed is a web application that includes essential functionalities such as equipment search, borrowing request submission, advance reservation, equipment data management, and an automated notification system. MySQL for the database and the Next.js framework were used in the system's development. The experimental results indicate that the system can be effectively implemented to satisfy the organization's requirements. The user satisfaction evaluation for equipment borrowing and returning scored the highest among all criteria, with a mean of 4.62 and a standard deviation of 0.51. The system was discovered to be user-friendly, with responsive functionality and clear information that effectively satisfies user needs. Consequently, the system can be practically applied in equipment management contexts and has the potential to be further developed and adapted for use in other departments or organizations with efficiency.
