จากสถานการณ์การท่องเที่ยวของประเทศไทยในปีพ.ศ. 2558 นักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาตินิยมเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวในประเทศไทยอย่างต่อเนื่อง ปัจจุบันสนามบินดอนเมืองกลายเป็นสนามบินศูนย์กลางที่มีความสำคัญแห่งหนึ่งของภูมิภาคเอเซียตะวันออก ด้านบริการภาคพื้นดินของสนามบินดอนเมืองนั้น ได้มีการจัดการบริการในหลายภาษา ปัจจุบันนอกจากภาษาอังกฤษซึ่งเป็นภาษาหลักแล้วยังเพิ่มเติมในส่วนของการบริการภาษาจีน สิ่งนี้เป็นปัจจัยหลักที่ทำให้หลายปีที่ผ่านมานักท่องเที่ยวจีนเพิ่มขึ้นเป็นจำนวนมาก บริษัทสายการบินต่างส่งเสริมจัดการภาคพื้นดินให้เป็นที่น่าพอใจ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการให้บริการที่ดีในด้านภาษาจีนเป็นประเด็นหลักของวิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ งานวิจัยฉบับนี้ได้วิเคราะห์และเปรียบเทียบการใช้ภาษาจีนของพนักงานบริการลูกค้าภาคพื้นดินสายการบินไทยแอร์เอเชียและสายการบินนกแอร์เพื่อชี้ให้เห็นถึงการให้บริการด้านภาษาจีนที่มีคุณภาพของพนักงานบริการลูกค้าภาคพื้นดินทั้งสองบริษัทและความสำคัญของการแข่งขันทางธุรกิจ การเปรียบเทียบการจัดการที่มีคุณภาพบริการภาคพื้นดินของทั้งสองบริษัท ทั้งยังชี้ให้เห็นถึงปัญหาการบริการภาษาจีนของทั้งสองสายการบิน อีกทั้งยังหยิบยกข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงและมาตรการ ในการศึกษาค้นคว้างานวิจัยฉบับนี้จะใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและวิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจอ้างอิงตามพนักงานบริการภาษาจีนภาคพื้นดินสนามบินดอนเมืองในสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพพนักงานบริการภาษาจีนภาคพื้นดินของสายการบินไทยแอร์เอเชียและสายการบินนกแอร์เพื่อรับรู้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นและนำมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขต่อไป งานวิจัยฉบับนี้แบ่งเนื้อหาหลักเป็น 3 ส่วน บทที่ 1 ภาพรวมพนักงานบริการภาษาจีนภาคพื้นดินของสายการบินไทยแอร์เอเชียและสายการบินนกแอร์ และการเติบโตของท่องเที่ยวจีนต่อการส่งเสริมการบริการภาษาจีนของสนามบิน บทที่ 2 แบบสำรวจพนักงานภาคพื้นดินสายการบินไทยแอร์เอเชียและสายการบินนกแอร์ เนื้อหาในบทนี้ เป็นการเปรียบเทียบระดับการใช้ภาษาจีนในการบริการของพนักงานภาคพื้นดินทั้งสองสายการบิน ทั้งยังวิเคราะห์ SWOT และนำผลสำรวจทั้งสองสายการบินมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบ บทที่ 3 เพื่อรับรู้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นและนำมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขต่อไป งานวิจัยฉบับนี้ได้วิเคราะห์และเปรียบเทียบการใช้ภาษาจีนของพนักงานบริการลูกค้าภาคพื้นดิน สายการบินไทยแอร์เอเชียและสายการบินนกแอร์เพื่อรับรู้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นและนำมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการแก้ไขต่อไป
From the current situation of the development of tourism in Thailand, the number of foreign tourists to Thailand in 2015 continued to grow. Don Muang Airport now has become into an important hub of Southeast Asia. Don Muang Airport ground service provide language services, at present, in addition to English language services, but also increased the Chinese services. One of the main reasons for this is that Chinese tourists are increasing in recent years. How to provide satisfactory ground service, especially to provide good service in Chinese, is the main topic of this thesis. This thesis mainly analysis and compare ground service customer service in the Chinese of the Air Asia Airline and Nok Airline in the Don Muang Airport, indicate the importance of the quality Chinese service for ground customer service and business competition. Compare the Chinese service quality of the ground customer service between the two companies. It is pointed out that the problems existing in Chinese language service, and puts forward the suggestions and measures for improvement. In this thesis, based on data analysis and survey research methods, understand the Chinese service of the ground customer service in the Don Muang Airport. Analysis the ground customer service in Chinese of the Air Asia Airline and Nok Airline in the Don Muang Airport, points out the existing problems and put forward the suggestion to improve the quality of Chinese ground service. The main content of this paper is divided into three parts: 1. The status of the ground customer service in Chinese in the Air Asia Airline and Nok Airline at the Don Muang Airport, and as well as the increasing number of tourists China promoting Chinese service. 2. The questionnnaire of the ground customer service personal in the Air Airline and Nok Airline. Compare the ground customer service in Chinese between the Air Asia Airline and Nok Airline, analysis the SWOT of the Air Asia Airline and Nok Airline and compare the Chinese services of the two airlines. 3. It points out the problems existing in Chinese service and puts forward some improvement measures. This thesis mainly analysis and compare ground service customer service in the Chinese of the Air Asia Airline and Nok Airline, points out the existing problems, and puts forward the methods of solving the problems and suggestions for improvement.
随着泰国旅游业的发展，2015 年外国旅客来泰国的数量持续增长。来泰旅游的外国游客主要是从曼谷素万那普机场与廊曼国际机场入境。廊曼国际机场如今已成为进入东南亚地区的一个重要枢纽，其中共有八十多家国际航空公司的飞机在此起落，已成为亚洲地区空中交通最为繁忙的机场之一。廊曼国际机场的地勤服务为各国提供语言服务。目前除了英文为主的语言服务外，也增加了汉语服务。这里的一个主要原因是中国游客近几年来大量增加。航空公司如何提供满意的地勤服务，特别是提供良好的汉语服务，是本论文研究主要的课题。
本论文对廊曼国际机场的泰亚航空公司和飞鸟航空公司的地勤客户服务中的汉语服务进行了分析及比较，指出优质的汉语服务对于这两家公司的地勤客户服务和商业竞争的重要性，比较了两家公司地勤客户服务中汉语服务的质量，指出了这两家航空公司在汉语服务中存在的问题，并对此提出改进的建议和措施。
论文采用资料分析和问卷调查的研究方法, 根据目前所掌握的泰国曼谷廊曼国际机场地勤客服人员汉语服务的情况，对相关的资料进行分析, 通过对泰亚航空公司与飞鸟航空公司地勤服务人员的汉语服务的对比分析，指出存在的问题，并提出改进地勤服务人员汉语服务质量的建议。论文研究的主要内容分三个部分, 第一章概述泰亚航空公司与飞鸟航空公司的地勤工作人员汉语服务现状，以及中国游客的大量增加对机场汉语服务的促进。第二章是对泰亚航和飞鸟航地勤客服人员的问卷调查。本章对比了泰亚航空公司与飞鸟航空公司地勤客服人员的汉语使用水平，对这两家航空公司进行了ＳＷＯＴ分析，对这两家航空公司的汉语服务情况进行了对比分析。第三章指出了汉语服务中存在的问题和提出了改进措施。
本论文通过这个课题的分析研究，说明了泰亚航空公司与飞鸟航空公司汉语服务的情况，指出其存在的问题，提出了解决问题的方法和改进的建议。
