บริษัทบัญชี เอ (ประเทศไทย) ("บริษัท") เป็นหนึ่งในกลุ่มบริษัทบัญชี บิ๊กโฟร์ กลุ่มบิ๊กโฟร์ หมายถึง ไพร้วอเตอร์เฮาส์คูเปอร์ส (พีดับบลิวซี) เคพีเอ็มจีน ดีลอยท์ และเอินส์ท แอนด์ ยัง (อีวาย) ซึ่งแต่ละบริษัทมีขอบข่ายการให้บริการของบริษัทดังนี้ การตรวจสอบบัญชี การทำบัญชี การให้คำปรึกษาทางด้านภาษี กฎหมาย และอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพโดยเฉพาะ โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือกลุ่มลูกค้าสัญชาติจีน เนื่องจากตลาดลูกค้าจีนในประเทศไทยมีการขยายตัวเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วและต่อเนื่องในระยะเวลาไม่กี่ปีที่ผ่านมา วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อการบริการของลูกค้าสัญชาติจีนของบริษัท โดยมีการประเมินคุณภาพบริการทางด้านภาษาจีน พนักงาน เว็บไซต์ งานสัมมนา และเอกสารภาษาจีนโดยเฉพาะ โดยข้อมูลที่จะนำมาวิเคราะห์คุณภาพและจุดบกพร่องของการให้บริการเป็นการนำข้อมูลทั้งในเชิงคุณภาพและปริมาณ ซึ่งมาจากแบบสอบถามพนักงานที่ให้บริการทางด้านภาษาจีนของบริษัท จำนวน 5 ท่าน ซึ่งในจำนวนนี้มีพนักงานอาวุโสจำนวน 2 ท่าน ลูกค้าสัญชาติจีนของบริษัท จำนวน 102 ท่าน และเอกสารทางวิชาการต่างๆ โดยผู้เขียนได้วิเคราะห์และประเมินระดับความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าสัญชาติจีนที่มีต่อบริการทางด้านภาษาจีนของบริษัท โดยประยุกต์ทฤษฎี SWOT เพื่อค้นหาจุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาสและอุปสรรคของบริษัท ตลอดจนตรวจสอบปัญหาและนำเสนอแนวทางมาตรการการแก้ไข เพื่อให้บริการทางด้านภาษาจีนของบริษัทมีคุณภาพที่ดียิ่งขึ้น ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่าลูกค้าสัญชาติจีนมีระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการของบริษัทด้านภาษาจีนในระดับดีมาก อย่างไรก็ตาม บริษัทสามารถพัฒนาการบริการได้หลายแนวทาง เช่น การจัดการฝึกอบรมให้พนักงานเรื่องการเขียนอีเมล ภาษาจีนธุรกิจ และความแตกต่างระหว่างการใช้คำศัพท์ของลูกค้าไต้หวัน และลูกค้าจีนแผ่นดินใหญ่ ผลจากการวิเคราะห์ของวิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้จะช่วยให้บริษัทสามารถรู้ข้อเด่นและข้อด้อยของตนเอง อีกทั้งยังสามารถนำไปเป็นข้อมูลเพื่อวางแผนพัฒนาคุณภาพการให้บริการทางด้านภาษาจีนของบริษัท และยกระดับความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าสัญชาติจีนให้ดียิ่งขึ้นต่อไป
A accounting firm (Thailand) (the "Firm") is one of the Big four accounting firms, who are the world largest professional services provided. Big four are PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), KPMG, Deloitte,and Ernst & Young (EY). They are comparabel in size, market shares and service offering. The Firm's professional services include auditing, accounting, taxation, legal services and other professional services. It serves English, Thai, Japanese, and Chinese speaking clients. Chinese speaking clients are the target group of this research because, Chinese market in Thailand grows rapidly during the past few years. Hence, Chinese clients' satisfaction is the key to gain higher market shares in Chinese market in Thailand and to vigorously boost Firm's growth rate up. This research aims to study factors that influence Chinese clients' satisfaction to Firm's Chinese services by researching on the quality of Chinese services, provided Chinese services employees, Chinese website, seminar, and materials. The research is divided into threr chapters, which are the background of the Firms and service provision, research findings and Chinese service evaluation and suggestions. The research method was done by using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The result of five questionnaires completed by Firm's employees, 102 questionnaires completed by Firm's Chinese clients, and interview of two senior employees and academinc research were analysed the current performance and areas of needed improvement. The thesis writer used SWOT analysis to identify strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Firm's Chinese services, to assess problems and to recommend solutions. The result of the research demonstrated that Chinese clients highly satisfy with employees' attitudes and working performance, simple and user-friendly interface of the Chinese website and free Chinese seminar, Chinese registration service and Chinese materials. Nonetheless, the Firm needed to reconsider of recruiting more employees, providing Chinese language training importantly relevant to email writing, Chinese business language, the different using words of Taiwan and Mainland China clients, reducing service fee or providing special offer for a bundle buying package, adding FAQs, Op-In offer, and clients' positive comments into the Chinese website and finally, promoting Chinese services in the social media more ferquently. These findings would help the Firm recognise its efficiency and inefficiency to plan the viability of Chinese services business.
A 会计事务所（泰国）（以下简称“事务所”）是世界四大会计事务所之一，它们是世界上最大的专业服务提供者。四大是普华永道（PwC）、毕马威(KPMG)、德勤(Deloitte)和安永(EY)。他们在规模、市场份额和提供的服务相上下。本所提供的专业服务包括审计、会计、税务、转让定价、管理咨询、精算、风险担保、企业融资、法律服务等专业服务。该事务所的服务对象包括英语、泰语、日语和中文客户。由于泰国的中国市场在过去几年增长迅速，因此中国客户是本次研究的目标群体。所以中国客户的满意度是提高中国市场在泰国市场占有率的关键，有力地推动了事务所的增长速度。 论文研究再通过汉语服务质量、提供汉语服务人员、中文网站、中文研讨会、中文资料等方面的研究，研究影响中国客户对本事务所中文服务满意度的因素。论文共分为三章，分别是事务所与服务提供的背景、研究结论和汉语服务评价及建议。另外，研究方法采用了定量和定性的方法。通过 5 份汉语服务人员填写的问卷、102 份中国客户填写的问卷、两名高级汉语服务人员的访谈和学术研究，分析了事务所目前的业绩和需要改进的地方。本论文作者运用 SWOT 分析法，找出本事务所中国服务的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，评估存在的问题并提供出解决方案。 研究结果表明，中国客户对汉语服务人员的工作态度和工作业绩、中文网站的简单容易的界面、免费的中文研讨会、事务所中文研讨会的登记报名的中文服务和中文资料方面的满意度高。然而，事务所需要重新考虑招聘更多的汉语服务人员，提供中文培训，主要培训是针对邮件写作、中文商务语言、台湾和大陆客户的不同用词方面的培训，降低服务费或提供捆绑购买套餐的优惠，在中文网站增加常见问题解答、报价解答和客户正面评价解答，在社交媒体上更频繁地推广事务所中文服务。这些结论将有助于事务所认识到自己的效率和效率底下，从而规划中国服务业务的可行性。
