พฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ต่อระดับการรับรู้ทางปัญญาในกลุ่มนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

รายงานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีรูปแบบเป็นการวิจัยพรรณนาเชิงวิเคราะห์ แบบการศึกษา ณ จุดเวลา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกฮอล์ พฤติกรรมเสี่ยงติดการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกฮอล์ และระดับการรับรู้ทางปัญญาของนักศึกษา และการเปรียบเทียบระดับการรับรู้ทางปัญญาของนักศึกษาที่มีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงติดเครื่องดื่มแอลกฮอล์ของนักศึกษาภายในมหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ อ. บางพลี จ. สมุทรปราการ ทำการศึกษาในนักศึกษาจำนวน 809 คน จาก 13 คณะวิชาและทุกชั้นปี ใช้วิธีการแบ่งตามคณะและทำการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรม แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงในการติดแอลกอฮอล์ และแบบประเมินการรับรู้ (Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test and Montreal Congnitive Assessment (MoCA)) และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ด้วยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์ค่าไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาจำนวน 809 คน มีผู้ที่ดื่มแอลกอฮอล์จำนวน 463 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 57.2 และมีผู้ที่ไม่ดื่มเครื่องดื่มฯ จำนวน 346 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 42.8 ในผู้ที่ดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ มีผู้ที่่มีพฤติกรรมการเสี่ยงติดเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในระดับเสี่ยงเล็กน้อย ปานกลาง และเสี่ยงมาก คิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.7 23.3 และ 13.0 ตามลำดับ และเมื่อทำการประเมินระดับการรับรู้ทางปัญญาของกลุ่มนักศึกษาตัวอย่างทั้งหมด พบว่าคนที่มีระดับการรับรู้ฯ ที่อยู่ในเกณฑ์ปกติ สำหรับผู้ที่ดื่มเครื่องดื่มฯ มีผู้ที่มีระดับการรับรู้อยู่ในเกณฑ์ปกติคิดเป็นร้อยละ 78.0 และ ผู้ที่ไม่ดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ มีระดับการรับรู้อยู่ในเกณฑ์ปกติดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 92.2 เมื่อทำการเปรียบเทียบระดับการรับรู้ทางปัญญาของกลุ่มที่ดื่มและไม่ดื่มพบว่าทั้ง 2 กลุ่มมีระดับการรับรู้ฯ ไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่เมื่อทำการเปรียบเทียบระดับการรับรู้ฯ ตามพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงติดแอลกอฮอล์ พบว่า ทั้ง 3 กลุ่มระดับความเสี่ยงการติดฯ มีระดับการรับรู้ฯ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ p<.05

This study is a cross-sectional, analysis descriptive design which has the purpose to determine the alcohol drinking behavior, to assess cognitive levels and risk levels of alcohol drinking behavior of student and to compare the cognitive levels, risk levels of alcohol drinking behavior between alcohol drinking group and non-alcohol drinking group of students in Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The subjects were 809 students in 13 faculties of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. Subjects were selected by using a cluster sampling by faculties and subjects were sampling by accidental sampling technique. The subjects were interviewed. The risk levels of alcohol drinking behavior were assessed by alcohol use disorders identification test and the cognitive levels were assessed by Monteral Cognitive Assessment (MoCA). The statistics for data analyzing were frequencies and percentage, testing the difference of risk levels of alcohol behavior and cognitive levels by chi-square. The results shown subjects were alcohol drinking 463 persons (57.2%) and non-alcohol drinking 346 (42.8%). In alcohol drinking group, they have been levels of alcohol drinking behavior risk at low, medium and high as 63.7, 23.3 and 13.0%, respectively. The normal levels of cognitive assessment were 78.0 and 92.2% in alcohol drinking and non-alcohol drinking group, respectively. The statistic of cognitive levels between alcohol drinking and non-alcohol drinking group were not significantly difference whereas these levels were significant different between risk groups of alcohol drinking behavior at p<0.05.
