Abstract

งานวิจัยเรื่อง "การเชื่อมโยงฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนการขอใช้ตราสัญลักษณ์สิ่งบ่งชี้ทางภูมิศาสตร์ สร้างมูลค่าเพิ่ม ปลาสลิดบางบ่อ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ" เป็นโครงการวิจัยย่อในชุดโครงการนวัตกรรมการขับเคลื่อนสิ่งบ่งชี้ทางภูมิศาสตร์เพื่อสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มปลาสลิดบางบ่อ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงานวิจัยในชุดโครงการวิจัยการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มเพื่อขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจปลาสลิดจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำระบบฐานข้อมูลที่เป็นศูนย์กลางของข้อมูลปลาสลิดบางบ่อ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ และเพื่อพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มของระบบตรวจสอบและประเมินผลเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการผลิตปลาสลิดตามคำขอขึ้นทะเบียนสิ่งบ่งชี้ทางภูมิศาสตร์ของปลาสลิดบางบ่อ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยข้อมูลที่จัดเก็บเกิดจากการลงพื้้นที่สำรวจข้อมูลและการจัดเวทีชุมชนร่วมกับชุดโครงการประกอบด้วย 4 กลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน ได้แก่ เกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงปลาสลด ผู้ประกอบการร้านค้าและผู้แปรรูป เจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง และผู้บริโภค โดยพัฒนาเป็นเว็บแอปพลิเคชันที่ออกแบบมาให้สามารถรองรับการทำได้หลากหลายอุปกรณ์ (Responsive web design) และใช้เทคโนโลยีระบบสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์ (Geographic Information System) ช่วยในการระบุตำแหน่งเขิงพื้นที่เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในด้านต่างๆ ซึ่งระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นอยู่ภายใต้โดเมน www.ปลาสลิดบางบ่อ.com ในการทดสอบระบบได้จัดกิจกรรมอบรมการใช้งานระบบและจัดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้งานระบบโดยได้จัดทำแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานระบบกับกลุ่มผู้ใช้ทั้ง 4 กลุ่ม จำนวน 96 คน ซึ่งแบ่งการประเมินออกเป็น 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านความสามารถในการเรียนรู้และใช้งานระบบ 2) ด้านประสิทธิภาพ 3) ด้านประสิทธิผล 4) ด้านประโยชน์และความน่าเชื่อถือในการนำไปใช้งาน 5) ด้านการจัดการความรู้ และ 6) ด้านความพึงพอใจในการใช้งาน ผลการประเมินการใช้งานระบบภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 4.13 โดยผู้ใช้งานส่วนใหญ่มั่นใจในการยื่นผ่านระบบ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 88.33 และมีบางส่วนยังไม่มั่นใจที่ยื่่นผ่านระบบ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 11.67 เนื่องจากยังขาดความรู้และทักษะการยื่นเอกสารผ่านระบบ ซึ่งทางผู้วิจัยได้จัดทำคู่มือและสรุปขั้นตอนการดำเนินการผ่านระบบไว้สำหรับผู้ที่สนใจเข้ามาดาวน์โหลดได้ในเว็บไซต์ต่อไป

The research on "Linking of Information System to support the use of GI for creating values added Trichogaster pectoralis, Samutprakarn Province" is a sub-research project in a seried of "Innovation drives Geographic Indeicators for Value Added to Pla-salid Bang-bo Samutprakarn Province". The objective is to create a centralized database of Pla-salid Bang-bo information, Samutprakarn Province, and to develop a platform for preliminary inspection and evaluation systems regarding Pla-salid Bang-bo production processes as per the GI Pla-salid Bang-bo, Samutprakarn Province. The data collected is from surveying the area and organizing the community forum together with the project set. It consists of 4 user groups which are farmers, entrepreneurs, shops and processors, officials of relevant government agencies and consumers. Web applications that are designed to support a variety of devices (Responsive web design) and use geographic information system technology (Geographic Information System) to help identify spatial locations to facilitate various areas. By creating a satisfaction evaluation form for using the system with all 4 user groups of 96 people. The assessment is diveded into 6 areas, which are 1) the ability to learn and use the system 2) the efficiency 3) the effectiveness 4) the benefits and the credibility of the use 5) the knowledge management And 6) Satisfaction in use the overall evaluation of the system usage is at a high level. Representing an average of 4.13. ost users are confident inn filing through the system. 88.33 percent, and some are still not confident that the submission through the system account for 11.67 percent due to the lack of knowledge and skills in submitting documents through the system. The researcher has created a manual and summarizes the process through the system for those interested to dowmload on the website.
