คุณภาพชีวิตด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของแรงงานต่างชาติในกลุ่ม CLMV ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล

Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของแรงงานต่างชาติ ในกลุ่ม CLMV ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) ที่เก็บได้จำนวน 400 คน จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 536 คน เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA), การทดสอบค่า ที-เทส (t-test) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยชี้วัดระดับคุณภาพชีวิตด้านร่างกาย ด้านจิตใจ ด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยภาพรวมมีปัจจัยชี้วัดระดับคุณภาพชีวิตมีความสำคัญมาก และปัจจัยชี้วัดระดับคุณภาพชี้วัดด้านการทำงาน พบว่า ให้ความสำคัญกับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานด้านสิทธิส่วนบุคคลมีความสำคัญมากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นปัจจัยคุณภาพชีวิตด้านการทำงานร่วมกันและความสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่น คุณภาพชีวิตด้านความก้าวหน้าและความมั่นคงในงาน คุณภาพชีวิตด้านโอกาสในการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถของตนเอง คุณภาพชีวิตด้านการทำงานที่มีความปลอดภัยและส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และคุณภาพชีวิตด้านการได้รับค่าตอบแทนที่เพียงพอและเป็นธรรม มีความสำคัญในระดับสุดท้าย ในส่วนของการเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของแรงงานต่างชาติในกลุ่ม CLMV ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล พบว่า เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สัญชาติ รายได้ และระยะเวลาที่อยู่ในประเทศไทย ไม่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของแรงงานต่างชาติในกลุ่ม CLMV ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพและปริมณฑลแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

This thesis purpose to study the quality of life and socio-economic status of foreign migrant workers in the CLMV group living in Bangkok and metropolitan area. It is a survey research (Survey Research) using the questionnaire. The 400 questionnaire collected from all 536 samples was a tool for collecting data. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and one-way ANOVA, t-test. The study indicated that quality of life indicators, physical, psychological, social relationships. Environmental overall, quality of life indicators are very important and the quality indicators, the work-related indicators, highlighted the importance of quality of work life. Secondly, quality of life, collaboration and relationship with others. Quality of life, progress and security at work. Quality of life in the development of self-development opportunities. Quality of working life is safe and healthy and the quality of life for adequate and fair compensation is important in the final level. In comparison the factors affecting the quality of life of the migrant workers in CLMV in Bangkok and its vicinity are as follows: gender, age, education, nationality, income, and duration in Thailand does not affect the quality of life and socio-economic status of foreign migrant workers in the CLMV group living in the Bangkok metropolitan are. Statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
