คำสาปของฤๅษีทุรวาสกับการใช้กลวิธานป้องกันตนเอง

Abstract

การศึกษาพฤติกรรมของตัวละครในงานวรรณกรรมเป็นแนวทางหนึ่งที่ทำให้ผู้อ่านเห็นถึงผลลัพธ์ที่ดีและผลลัพธ์ที่สร้างความเสียหายให้แก่สังคม พฤติกรรมของตัวละครทำให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ถึงผลของการกระทำ และการใช้ทฤษฎีจิตวิเคราะห์เป็นแนวทางการศึกษาพฤติกรรมจะสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงอารมณ์ ความคิด บุคลิกภาพ ซึ่ง“ฤๅษี ทุรวาส” เป็นผู้มีพฤติกรรม “การสาปแช่ง” บ่อยครั้ง การศึกษาพฤติกรรมฤๅษีทุรวาส จะมุ่งเน้นให้เห็นถึงความ สัมพันธ์ระหว่างอัตลักษณ์กับการใช้กลวิธานป้องกันตนเอง ซึ่งพฤติกรรมมุ่งร้ายผู้อื่นเป็นอีกหนึ่งบริบทที่ผู้อ่านวรรณกรรมจะรับรู้ผลลัพธ์ของการกระทำที่สร้างความเสียหายอย่างชัดเจน จากผลการศึกษาพฤติกรรมฤๅษีทุรวาส การเป็นผู้มีสุขภาพจิตที่ดีนั้นต้องมีการคงอยู่ในพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ การปฏิบัติตนให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีกับการระมัดระวังต่อการใช้กลวิธานป้องกันตนเอง ในบทความนี้ ผู้เขียนจึงสนใจประเด็นการรับรู้การใช้กลวิธานป้องกันตนเองที่จะเป็นพลังขับเคลื่อนในบริบทพฤติกรรมที่เป็นปัญหา คือ การส่งผลต่อการไม่สามารถยอมรับความจริงและมีปัญหาการสร้างสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่น ผลการศึกษาสามารถนำไปใช้ฝึกฝนตนเองให้ลดการใช้กลวิธานป้องกันตนเอง โดยบ่มเพาะการอุปนิสัยที่เอื้อต่อพฤติกรรมสร้างคุณค่าและสร้างความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเอง
