การสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรมในการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ : กรณีศึกษานักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนชาวจีน มหาวิทยาลัยภาษาต่างประเทศกว่างซีกับผู้สอนชาวไทย มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ

Abstract

งานวิจัยครั้งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์การสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรมในการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ของนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนชาวจีน มหาวิทยาลัยภาษาต่างประเทศกว่างซีกับอาจารย์ผู้สอนชาวไทย มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ และการสังเกตจากการอัดวิดีโอการเรียนการสอนใน Microsoft Teams โดยกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนชาวจีน จานวน 15 คนกับอาจารย์ผู้สอนชาวไทย จำนวน 5 คนและนำเสนอผลการวิจัยแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรมในการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ มีลักษณะแบ่งออกเป็น 4 มิติ ได้แก่ 1) ด้านความเป็นทางการ นักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนชาวจีนกับอาจารย์ผู้สอนชาวไทยมีระยะห่างเชิงอำนาจไม่สูง มีการสอบถามแสดงการโต้แย้ง และแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายมีความเคร่งคัดเรื่องเวลาเหมือนกัน 2) ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกัน ทั้งสองมีความคาดหวังในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและความเป็นกันเอง 3) ด้านพฤติกรรมการแสดงออก ผู้เรียนชาวจีนมีความหวังอยากแสดงความรู้สึกและความคิดเห็น ไม่มีความกดดันแต่ติดปัญหาทางด้านภาษา ส่วนผู้สอนชาวไทยก็มีความหวังอยากให้นักศึกษาแสดงความคิดเห็น สอบถาม แลกเปลี่ยนความรู้กัน 4) ด้านการปรับตัว ทั้งสองฝ่ายมีความตื่นเต้นกับสิ่งที่แปลกใหม่ นักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนชาวจีนมักจะมีการปรับตัวด้านพื้นฐานการใช้ภาษาไทย การเรียนรู้และสื่อสารผ่านออนไลน์กับอาจารย์ผู้สอนและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมและภาษาไทยกับเพื่อนไทย ส่วนอาจารย์ผู้สอนชาวไทยจะปรับตัวเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมและภาษาจีนกับลูกศิษย์ ปรับแผนการสอนและเนื้อหาให้เหมาะสม

The objective of this research was to analyze cross-cultural communication in online teaching and learning among Chinese exchange students in Guangxi University of Foreign Languages with Thai instructors Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. By using a qualitative research method, collecting data by interviewing answering and observations from teaching video recordings in Microsoft Teams. The group of informants consisted of 15 Chinese exchange students and 5 Thai instructors. The results were presented by descriptive analysis. The results showed that Crosscultural communication in online teaching is divided into 4 dimensions: 1) Official, Chinese exchange students and Thai instructors had not high power distance, asking questions, demonstrating arguments and exchanging knowledge. Both sides have the same time strictness. 2) In relation to each other, Both had expectations of building a good relationship and friendliness 3) Behavioral expression, Chinese students hope to express their feelings and opinions. There were no pressure, but there was a language problem. As for Thai instructors, there were hope for students to express opinions, ask questions, and exchange knowledge. 4) Adjustment, Both parties were excited about the new thing. Chinese exchange students usually had a basic Thai language adjustment. Learning and communicating online with teachers. and exchange learning culture and Thai language with Thai friends As for Thai instructors, they will adapt to learn Chinese culture and language with their students. Optimize lesson plans and content.
