ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและความรู้ด้านควันบุหรี่มือสองกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันควันบุหรี่มือสองของผู้หญิงที่มีสามีสูบบุหรี่

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและความรอบรู้ด้านควันบุหรี่มือสองกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันควันบุหรี่มือสองของผู้หญิงที่มีสามีสูบบุหรี่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้หญิงที่มีสามีบุหรี่ที่มารับบริการแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลเพชรเวช จำนวน 340 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านควันบุหรี่มือสอง และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันควันบุหรี่มือสอง ซึ่งทั้งสองชุดมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามและวัตถุประสงค์เท่ากับ 0.66-1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .86 และ .92 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การแปลผลค่าเฉลี่ย F-test One Way Analysis of Variance และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรอบรู้ด้านควันบุหรี่มือสองโดยรวมและทุกรายด้านอยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนพฤติกรรมการป้องกันควันบุหรี่มือสองโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันควันบุหรี่มือสองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนความรอบรู้ด้านควันบุหรี่มือสองโดยรวมไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันควันบุหรี่มือสอง เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจในการป้องกันควันบุหรี่มือสอง และด้านทักษะการสื่อสารเพื่อป้องกันควันบุหรี่มือสอง มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันควันบุหรี่มือสองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านการเข้าถึงข้อมูลทางสุขภาพในการป้องกันควันบุหรี่มือสอง ด้านการจัดการตนเองในการป้องกันควันบุหรี่มือสอง และด้านการรู้เท่าทันสื่อในการป้องกันควันบุหรี่มือสอง ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันควันบุหรี่มือสอง

This research aimes to study on the relationship between personal factors, literacy on secondhand smoke, and smoking preventive behavior of women with smoking husbands. The purposive sample were three hundred-forty women with smoking husbands, who had received the service from the outpatient clinic at Petcharavej Hospital. The research instruments were literacy on secondhand smok and smoking preventive behavior questionnaires, which had equally Item-Objective Congruence Index (IOC) at 0.66-1.00 and the reliability was at 0.86 and 0.92 respectively. The data had been analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test One Way Analysis of Variance and Pearson's Product Correlation Coefficient at statistically significant .05. The research results found that the samples had the overall of literacy on secondhand smoke in the good level (Mean=9.16, S.D.-9.57) and each aspect of literacy were in the good level. The overall of the secondhans smoking preventive behavior was in the medium level (Mean=2.82, S.D.-0.31). Personal factors, such as education, occupation, and income were significantly related with secondhand smoking perventive behavior at .05 level. The overall of the literacy had related with the secondhand smokingg preventive behavior, which had no significant difference. When classified in each aspect, it was found that knowledge and understaning in preventing secondhand smoke and communication skills for preventing secondhand smok had positively significant correlated with secondhand smoking preventive behavior at .05 level. The access to health information on secondhand smoking prevention aspect, decision to prevent secondhand smoke, self-management secondhand smoking preventive behavior, and awareness of media on secondhand smoking prevention aspect had no related with secondhand smoking preventive behavior.
