泰国曼谷善见寺的汉语服务调查分析

Abstract

外国游客，尤其是中国，老挝，缅甸等，对泰国丰富的旅游资源非常感兴趣。疫情 之前每年都会有一千余万中国游客来泰国旅游。旅游业是泰国的支柱产业，有很多驰名 世界的景点，例如王宫、寺庙，动物园，游乐园等。 泰国拥有美丽的庙宇，吸引了更多中国游客，并且大多数中国游客都对学习泰国文 化和庙宇历史感兴趣。 本文选择曼谷善见寺作个案研究，以分析善见寺吸引游客的各种原因，并调查来此 寺院旅行的中国人对汉语服务的满意度。调查善见寺中文标识的数量和质量，评估中文 服务的状况，找出汉语服务存在的问题并提出改进的建议。 调查研究结果发现，在寺庙内提供汉语服务的能力不足以吸引更多的中国游客，中 国游客难以与寺庙工作人员进行交流，因为大多数员工都不能使用汉语进行交流，服务 人员大多数主要使用泰语和英语。服务人员说汉语水平影响寺庙对游客的行为进行管 理。目前，寺庙越来越意识到汉语的重要性，工作人员已开始练习汉语技能并在寺庙内 提供中文标识牌，希望深厚的佛教文化继续吸引更多的中国游客来泰旅游。

This research chose Suthat Thepwararam Ratchaworamahawihan temple as a case study for analyzing the reasons why foreigners would like to visit this Suthat Thepwararam Ratchaworamahawihan temple, including exploring the satisfaction of the Chinese coming to travel inside the temple for example to explore how much of the Chinese language signs are available, assess the condition of the Chinese-speaking service, provide advice and identify any problems that arise. Thailand has beautiful temples that attract many Chinese tourists, and most Chinese tourists are interested in learning Thai culture and temple history. The results of the research found that the ability to provide Chinese language services within the temple is not enough for Chinese tourists, making it difficult for Chinese tourists to communicate with the temple staff because most of the employees do not communicate in Chinese and all of them speak Thai and English. The problem that personnel cannot speak Chinese makes it difficult to control tourists' behavior to comply with temple regulations. Nowadays, temples are opening up and paying more attention to the Chinese language. personal have begun to practice Chinese language skills, and signboard services are provided within the temple to stimulate tourism economy, making Chinese tourists more interested in visiting the temples.
