Abstract: 本研究旨在探讨泰国北碧府中学汉语教学管理的现状,问题与障碍,并提出具体的发展策 略。研究采用描述性研究方法,结合文献分析与问卷调查,对北碧府29所中学的58位汉语教 师进行调研。结果表明,教师队伍素质不均、课程设置不统一、教学资源有限以及行政支持不 足等是当前主要问题。为此,研究建议加强教师专业发展,制定校本课程标准、改善资源配备 及建立协作机制,以提升教学管理效能。
This study examines the current situation and challenges in Chinese language teaching management in secondary schools in Kanchanaburi Province, Thailand. Based on a survey of 58 teachers from 29 schools, key problems identified include uneven teacher qualifications, lack of standardized curricula, limited resources, and insufficient administrative support. The study proposes strategies such as enhancing teacher training, standardizing curricula, improving resource allocation, and fostering administrative collaboration to promote more effective teaching management.
