| Abstract: | 富贵黄金屋吸引大量中国游客,研究旨在探讨其中文服务现状,并通过资料收集及对50名员工和100位游客的问卷调查,分析服务问题与改进方向。调查显示,景区汉语服务人员数量不足,语言能力有限,导致游客在参观过程中常出现沟通障碍,影响整体满意度。尽管景区在设施与管理方面不断改进,但语言服务仍是短板,建议加强员工汉语培训,提升服务质量,更好满足不断增长的中国游客需求。 Baan Sukhawadee attracts many Chinese tourists. The study surveyed 50 staff and 100 visitors, finding staff shortages and limited Chinese skills causing communication issues and low satisfaction. Improving Chinese training is recommended. |
