Abstract: 暹罗蛇园 (SIAM SERPENTARIUM) 暹罗蛇园是泰国旅游新的旅游景点。暹 罗蛇园的目的是为了创建一个知识旅游目的地,另一个原因是推广被称为“蛇药”的传 统药物产品。这是暹罗公园已经生产了将近 40 年的传统药物,中国游客是蛇园相关产 品的最重要的消费者,新景点开放后,大多数游客都是中国公民,他们是与旅游经营者 一起来的。一天之内,有超过两千名游客来到暹罗蛇园。由于主要与中国游客相关的暹 罗蛇园的运作,研究旅游中的汉语服务的发展并探索游客的满意度是很有趣的。为了惠 及泰国旅游业的进一步发展。 本文以暹罗蛇园的中国游客为研究对象,对暹罗蛇园汉语服务进行调查,这项 研究采用问卷调查、访谈和文献资料分析的方法。根据相关的暹罗蛇园汉语服务调查结 果分析,用于调查中国游客对使用中文的满意度的工具包括暹罗蛇园工作人员的询问和 在线路上调查比如微博,微信,KLOOK 客路,Tripadvisor,马蜂窝,京东等。然后根 据相关的汉语服务调查结果进行 SWOT 分析;最后指出蛇园汉语服务存在的问题,以 及ᨀ出相应的解决对策。 通过研究发现,暹罗蛇园的景点有会说中文的工作人员,因而ᨀ供一定的汉语 服务。此外,还可以通过网站媒体、微博和微信获得汉语在线服务。研究发现,微博和 暹罗蛇园的微信公众号尚未有效地吸引中国游客。建议该机构分配更多资源在网络新媒 体,以期与游客建立更密切的关系并ᨀ高汉语服务。
Siam Serpentarium is a new attraction in Thailand. The purpose of the establishment is to create a knowledge tourism resource. Another reason is to promote a traditional medicine product called "snake drug", a traditional medicine that Siam Serpentarium has been producing for almost 40 years and has Chinese tourists as its main customer. After the opening of this attraction, most of the tourists are Chinese. Which came by a tour operator.One day more than 2000 tourists came to the Siam Serpentarium. Since the operation of the Siam Serpentarium is mainly associated with Chinese tourists services, it is very interesting. In the study of the development of Chinese language services in tourism and to survey the satisfaction of tourists in order to benefit the further development of the tourism industry in Thailand. This article aims to research Chinese tourists visiting the Siam Serpentarium. Conduct a survey about the Chinese language service within the Siam Serpentarium. This study uses questionnaire survey methods, interviews with managers and employees. Including external data analysis, a survey on Chinese language services. The methods used to monitor the satisfaction of Chinese tourists with Chinese language services at Siam Serpentarium include interviews with staff at Siam Serpentarium and online media surveys such as Weibo, WeChat, Klook, Tripadvisor, Mafengwo, JD, etc. There is also The SWOT analysis was then performed based on the final relevant survey results of the problems in the service of the Siam Serpentarium Chinese language and proposed relevant solutions. The results of the study showed that the current Siam Serpentarium attractions. Siam Serpentarium provides Chinese language services and staff who speak Chinese. There are also Chinese language services available through online media on their website, Weibo and WeChat. Online Weibo and The Siam Serpentarium WeChat is not yet effective at attracting Chinese tourists. It is recommended that the agency allocate more resources to new online media in order to create closer contact with tourists and improve their Chinese service.
